Lovely staff and charming hotel. I was worried that it would be too noisy because of the wood floors and the location but I slept very well. Breakfast was very good,fruit fresh juice..the standout was the staff though for me.

Excellent location, very good service. The only minor issue is that I left something for a friend at reception. Lorena at reception even lent me a pen to leave a message, and they delivered it to her. Everything was great on that front desk.
The only thing I have to say is that my friend left me a package, and when I checked out, the guy at reception never told me, so it just stayed there.
Just that minor issue. Everything else was fine!

Great location with big mall beside it and near to bus station. Female receptionist was really helpful.

Great value for the price, the double room was spacious with abundant stuff for daily use, the cleaning team was polite.

The rooms are big, comfortable and very quiet. Unfortunately the old city is a bit far away.

Fed up of hotel chains promises but don’t deliver. We actually love this brand belonging to eurostars, which is one of the most semi luxury and affordable brands operating around the world every time I had a chance we stay in one of these hotels believe me the quality price relationship is huge my wife and I love it.

Beginning from the check in process, which was smooth we were very well treated by the staff. They represented us a room, which is the basic room still huge very well equipped modern with a comfortable bed, TV and plenty of amenities to make your stay better.

Parking of course is not included, but I won’t pay for parking and look for street parking free street parking around the building that it took me literally 10 minutes to find a spot around 200m away

I will definitely stay there if I ever visit this city again

The location suited me personally, but it is important to remember that it is not central at all and there is no public transportation available all the time, which can get in the way. The price was good for the period and compared to other hotels, the room I got was large and spacious with a comfortable bed, a reasonable breakfast for those looking for it (breakfast is expensive everywhere).

Friendly stuff ,they always helpful ,rooms clean and big ;)
