The hotel is clean. The food is solid. But the noise level that passes through the walls makes the impression worse and is not pleasant.

Everything was suitable for me.

The experience was positive. The service was good, and the facilities were adequate, although the capacity of the elevators could be improved. The breakfast was fine but could be much better.

As always, I stay here when I'm on business trips. There are all sorts of restaurants right outside – it's the most convenient location. Lots of shops, great for shopping!

We stayed for a few days in September and I must say the staff are amazing they cant do enough for you (Reception, Restaurant & Guest Service). Excellent food both breakfast and the a la carte restaurant. Service is wonderful. Everything about it is luxury. Fantastic location. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. Lorena at reception even lent me a pen to leave a message, and they delivered it to her. Everything was great on that front desk. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location, over looking the ocean and within walking distance to everything to see. Great service from the staff. We booked a balcony room which had great views. If you book a balcony room, be aware of the 15 step circular staircase to get to the room.

Our second stay at Melia Maria Pita - great location & wonderful sea view. Large clean room. Great breakfast & parking facilities (at extra cost).

The hotel is right in front of the beach, a perfect location, that allows you to relax and enjoy the city. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof, and we waked up everyday to the sound of the other guests living, but worse than that, the sound of the vacuum cleaner banging into the walls and the furniture being moved around!

Location is key but the service was terrible. We had a nice view of the ocean from our seaside room. WiFi in the room was dismal. In the lobby Wi-Fi was great, the front desk staff did not know how to make it better. The restaurant server put us on a network on that floor only. The AC never cooled the room. We were there in mid-September. One outlet by the beds.

I did not find lunch great, but reasonable value. Breakfast was good. Service throughout was faultless. Look forward to going back.

I loved my stay at this hotel! I loved that it was located so close to the sea and just a 20 minute walk to Torre de Hercules! And the walk is amazing! The hotel offers rooms with amazing sea view. While its not central, I prefer this as A Courña is a costal city and thats what you're there for. There's a nunber of bars and restaurants close by and its very walkable. I was here for a non too pleasant visit so I was in and out pretty quickly every day. But at all times the staff made my stay nicer than I expected. The location is not the best for all cases as it was busy with a lot of building work in the area at the time, but it worked great for me.

Great hotel in A Coruña, very clean spacious room. Comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was great. Not too far to walk into the main shopping area - about 10 mins, and an interesting 45 min walk to the lighthouse.

Front desk not always staffed. Our room not cleaned one day. (We returned late afternoon for a rest and the room had not been made up). Cheap carpet tiles in corridor.

If you want to go shopping, it is quite convenient, in a large shopping mall. It is a bit away from the city center, the room is relatively large, and the breakfast is not too rich.

Alright hotel. If staying in a shopping mall rather than the historic centre is your thing. Got dumped there by Vueling when a flight was cancelled. Breakfast was a highlight amongst a rather surreal experience. Pity the meal that was supposed to keep us going for 8 hours wasn't as good as breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, even though i didn't speak Spanish the lady on the front desk spoke English. I arrived quite early and a room was available for me. It was very clean with a large hot shower and a comfortable bed. I only stayed for 1 night checked out the following morning, they kept my case for me as i was off sightseeing. Great hotel close to train station. Staff is really nice. We booked a triple room but we're given a quadruple room with a nice size. Everything worked fine. At check-in breakfast buffet was offered at a discounted rate, it was good and well served. Walking distance to/from train station.

With a late arrival by train we selected it because of its proximity to the station (and also to the bus station), but it proved much better than expected. I needed a room in A Coruna after deciding to visit to check out the medieval festival (Fiestas del Apóstol Santiago, St James) post El Camino Frances 25. I found the Hotel Santa Catalina which was a reasonable price for the time. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was comfy with a nice hot shower.

Location is unbeatable. Really near to beach and best tapas bars. All of the reception staff are very kind. We have been grateful for our stay here - cleaning is absolutely impeccable. Strongly recommend. Comfy beds.

Nice hotel with perfect location

If you are looking for a centrally located hotel at a good price, it is not bad. At night on the weekend there is a cocktail bar next door and the noise is deafening. When we arrived we found an unpleasant detail in the room, they had not collected the previous client's trash. Otherwise, all good. The staff is very friendly at all times.

It was an OK stay. Room 320 had a very distinctive smell of cigarettes paticularly early morning and evening. Other guests were noisy but that not hotels fault. Placed in the outskirts of the city center in the commercial area and a little far to walk downtown to the scenic area of the town.

Nice and modern hotel with rooms big enought.We were missing only the fridge (but you can use fridge on reception).If you have a luck, you canpark in front of the hotel free, otherwise they have underground parking for €10/day.

Better Ibis Style hotel for the price you paid. Bad location, as you are far from the city center. Good amenities, good service. Do not stay here if you want el be close by downtown. If you do not mind, it is a good option

Enjoy your stay at Zenit in the city center I always stay at Zenit hotel , it is located in the heart of city and very near to ocean . You can walk near the ocean and enjoy and relax at the bars near to the hotel. The hotel is clear and the price of the hotel is reasonable.

The location was decent, not far from the sea, but the rooms were very small, and the bathrooms even smaller. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was à la carte, costing around 10 euros per person. I paid a tax upon arrival, but they asked for another one upon departure. I told them I had already paid, and then they asked for a deposit. I was about to leave and didn't understand what deposit was needed...

The third adult's bed was neither a bed nor a sofa bed. A disaster. It was a single-person armchair with a narrow slatted frame. The reservation was for 3 adults, not 2 adults and a child.

Excellent location, only worth for then location. I think we might have gotten the tiniest room of all, we could barely fit (2 adults with little luggage). I appreciated the elevator. The shower is tiny. Frontdesk was staffed but not all the time. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, which is a bummer. There's a refrigerator in the lobby with free water bottles, but a fridge in the room is a must...

Facilities: Basic facilities, large bed, floor-to-ceiling windows with large windowsills, along the street. Hygiene: The hygiene of hotels in Spain is very good. This one is relatively average. Environment: It is the most central downtown area in the city, surrounded by many night bars. Service: basically self-service, enter by code. If you have any problem, find the old man in the bar next door

The hotel is incredible well located, surrounded by wonderful places to eat. They even have a super-good restaurant that serve typical and regional food. It is clean and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. Next time in La Coruña I will stay there again.

The place is very good for the price, but there will be some small issues. The corner of our rooms wall is chipping paint and discoloured, and the bathroom door doesn’t latch or lock. Otherwise, everything was good, comfortable bed and all works great. Very easily accessible lights and the location of the building itself is very convenient for our needs.

The hotel is very well located, the pictures shown in internet don’t represent how all rooms look like. Some rooms have a very ugly view like the 102. Bathroom is nice although the door doesn’t close, some maintenance is needed.
