I appreciate the late check-in and check-out. The place is clean and provides some commodities in the kitchen. There is no stove and the laundry is for staff only but it's close enough to a lavanderìa. Front desk is here until late. Some bunk beds have privacy curtains, personal bunk lamp and outlets. Dining area is spacious.

Great Albergue for pelgrinos for Via de la plata . Plenty bed, clean, warm blanket, kitchen with plenty bowl, plates with Micro waves . And there is free milk , cereal, cookie, coffee for guests. Two big shower room .one for women, another for Men. There is coin coffee machin , coin drink machine. The girl named Briana (staff) , she is very helpful, kind. Thank you!!

I came to Ourense by morning train but staff let me in even I was too early. Location is good near the trainstation, shops and bars. Friendly staff, clean place. Nice kitchen and common area. Light breakfast included.

For a hostel it's fine, the location is good, very friendly, if anything, I would prefer the showers to have doors.

There weren't many people when I went, and this may affect my assessment a bit. The place itself is spacious and clean, a living room with some kitchen utensils, as well as a microwave, etc, and breakfast. I stayed here with my friends for many days. The staff is very friendly and they helped us a lot. We have great memories here, I suggest it!!

Disappointed that the drinks service was extremely slow. The hotel was let down by a young guy waiting tables in the bar. Poor attitude and zero respect for the customer in a 5 star hotel! Also I have never stayed in any hotel throughout the world where they charge €25 per customer per hour to use a tiny swimming pool!! My go-to hotel in Vigo. Comfortable rooms and friendly service. My only complaint is that the web site makes it look like they have a spa and pool in the building, which is not the case.

Very centrally located with wonderful restaurants nearby! Walkable with a very nice park right outside ! Very warm, friendly and attentive staff! Nice spa too! Would definitely stay here again !

Great hotel in downtown Vigo. If you are coming either for business or leisure it's perfect, they have parking in the same building. Be aware that everything is really tight and you might have trouble with vans or big cars. The only contra that the rooms are small.

This is a small hotel very conveniently situated in Vigo. The staff are absolutely superb most particularly Antia who took the time to track down my phone when I left it in a taxi and who managed to get it returned to me before I left. Excellent 👍

The staff here was absolutely WONDERFUL and the location was perfect if you’re coming into town by either bus or train. Although not super swanky, the room was very nice, very clean, and had an extra comfortable reeeally wide bed. It was a relief to be able to get a great night sleep after a long day of walking. We will return!

Lovely extra wide bed, very comfortable and clean. It seemed that only receptionists spoke English. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Free bottled water was supplied daily.

Very nice hotel, the pool and hot tub were both really nice. The disability room was great, I was able to move my wheelchair all around, the bathroom was well adapted and I can fit out onto the balcony. I’d recommend for any wheelchair users in the area. The staff were kind too.

Excellent. Aside from needing to check if many facilities are open during winter, everything else is great. The beach is right downstairs, and dining is very convenient.

It is a very beautiful hotel on the edge of the bay. The hotel facilities, services and design style are very good, and the rooms are also very large. The bay is beautiful outside the window. The geographical location is excellent and integrated with nature.

It is a boutique hotel in La Corua, very clean, with beautiful views by the sea, and you can also walk around the nearby residential area, very safe! The bar service attitude is very good!

Super friendly staff and great location. Five minutes walk to a huge shopping centre with everything you need.

The young man with spec at reception who checked me in was nice. However, the rest of the staff on the next shift and some kitchen staff were rude, talking loudly in front of customers.

5 minutes walk to train/bus stations, staffs at reception are very helpful, breakfast is simple and plenty. One reason I like this hotel chain because of their smart tv.

The hotel is very close to one of the train stations, very good when we needed to take the train in the very early morning. We stayed at this hotel after our camino. I loved that in our romm was a bathtub...it was fantastic to have a bath after our camino. We got a nice and clean room in the attic. We loved it.

Rather bland business style hotel , very clean and comfortable but no character or charm. The two guys on the afternoon and evening shift on 18/9/25 were so helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Very average breakfast

Property was in great shape and staff was great. If you have a car you need to request the paid parking as hotel is very close to the city center and parking is difficult.

The front desk lady was very professional, kind, and good at her job. She gave me much information and when I needed to extend a night she gave me another room and let me leave my luggage in original room (since it was booked) to be transferred while I was out on tour. Highly recommend this place!

A great spot right by the historical part of the town for great value! The mattress was really comfy, the room was warm and pleasant (it was winter and we really needed that!), everything was neatly clean and organized, there was a water heater in the room that served us for warm tea, clean towels and sheets, and a shower with a lot of pressure. The location is excelent.closed to old town and park.breakfast around for 5 euros. wi-fi is terrible and access from trains and buses general station requires some physical effort, but still values for location.easy to take the bus to airport

Very nice accommodation close to the Cathedral in Santiago and 1 minute from the Airport Bus stop. Room was small but clean and comfortable. The main Train and Bus Station is only a few minutes walk away. Good value for money and recommend.

The place was close to airport and clean. The bed was clean and bathroom. However it’s not a normal motel like in USA. It seemed like a motel you pay by the hour. With your own garage and entrance to room. We arrived late and slept so we were only there for a few hours so the price was right. Thankfully was clean but did smell like cigarettes.

We had a great room that we really liked. Very recommended for that. More than 30 mins wait at check-in though was not nice! Breakfast was very stressful as small room and all guests came at the same time. Spread decent though.
