The hotel is clean. The food is solid. But the noise level that passes through the walls makes the impression worse and is not pleasant.
Everything was suitable for me.
The experience was positive. The service was good, and the facilities were adequate, although the capacity of the elevators could be improved. The breakfast was fine but could be much better.
Excellent Stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location—close to everything you’d want to see and do. The rooms and common areas were spotless, reflecting the staff’s great attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious, featuring a generous spread of traditional dishes that gave a real taste of the local culture. A wonderful choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!
As always, I stay here when I'm on business trips. There are all sorts of restaurants right outside – it's the most convenient location. Lots of shops, great for shopping!
Great location for harbour and beach. View was to cruise port so not really great. Staff very helpful.

Hotel with a good location and good services. The staff was very friendly. Thank you very much.
Lovely staff and charming hotel. I was worried that it would be too noisy because of the wood floors and the location but I slept very well. Breakfast was very good, fruit fresh juice..the standout was the staff though for me.
Excellent location, very good service. The only minor issue is that I left something for a friend at reception. Lorena at reception even lent me a pen to leave a message, and they delivered it to her. Everything was great on that front desk. The only thing I have to say is that my friend left me a package, and when I checked out, the guy at reception never told me, so it just stayed there. Just that...
Great location with big mall beside it and near to bus station. Female receptionist was really helpful.
Great value for the price, the double room was spacious with abundant stuff for daily use, the cleaning team was polite.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe. The...
While I am not an expert on the specific requirements for a five-star rating, this hotel did not meet those expectations in my experience. Having an "old-style" design is perfectly fine, but many areas here are not well-maintained. For example, the towel holder was rusted and there was mold on the bathtub edge, as shown in my photos. Furthermore, the sauna and hammam look very different from the promotional...
Facilities: Excellent! The hotel is a great size! Cleanliness: Excellent! Environment: Excellent! There's a small park right outside, and the cathedral is about a 10-minute walk from there. Very convenient. The breakfast was exceptionally plentiful!
The service was excellent. While the room could benefit from an update in the near future, it remains pleasant. The location is a convenient 20-minute walk from the cathedral. Overall, it is a commendable place to stay.
We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the hotel. The location is perfect. Away from the town centre tourist rush, but just a mere 10 minute walking distance away. The suite was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was abundant of local goods. And most importantly, Paloma, from Guest Relations, made sure that our stay is special and we received a personal treatment to accommodate our anniversary...
Nice hotel about 16 minutes walk from the Santiago Cathedral. Quiet area, pleasant rooms, good breakfast. Very little interaction with staff. Set menu for dinner as pictured was underwhelming … the potato was hard and dry and the pork was tough. Otherwise a good stay.

Incredible hotel with an unbeatable location in Praza do Obradoiro. 100% recommendable.
The hotel room is spacious and warm, the bedding is comfortable, the faucet in the bathroom has plenty of water, and the bathroom is large with four faucets, which can accommodate two people to take a bath at the same time! The breakfast is rich and the coffee is very good! It's a pity that the facade was under repair when I went there, so I couldn't take pictures of the beautiful scenery.
The hotel is very big, like a maze. The service is good, but don't rush the waiter during breakfast, hahahaha
Great location, great service, complete facilities, very worthwhile experience
This hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. Stayed here for two nights at the end of December. Absolutely beautiful building and so much attention been given to maintaining the character of the building and furniture. You can stroll around the numerous beautiful courtyards and appreciate this amazing old building. Great staff, very helpful and courteous. We enjoy our stat very much. Great views! Rooms are full stocked with a variety of convenient items.
I loved the historical character in every corner of this hotel. Wonderful staff and a pleasure to stay
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location, over looking the ocean and within walking distance to everything to see. Great service from the staff. We booked a balcony room which had great views. If you book a balcony room, be aware of the 15 step circular staircase to get to the room.
Our second stay at Melia Maria Pita - great location & wonderful sea view. Large clean room. Great breakfast & parking facilities (at extra cost).

The hotel is right in front of the beach, a perfect location, that allows you to relax and enjoy the city. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof, and we waked up everyday to the sound of the other guests living, but worse than that, the sound of the vacuum cleaner banging into the walls and the furniture being moved around!
Location is key but the service was terrible. We had a nice view of the ocean from our seaside room. WiFi in the room was dismal. In the lobby Wi-Fi was great, the front desk staff did not know how to make it better. The restaurant server put us on a network on that floor only. The AC never cooled the room. We were there in mid-September. One outlet by the beds.
I did not find lunch great, but reasonable value. Breakfast was good. Service throughout was faultless. Look forward to going back.
Good environment, unbeatable sea view
The Riazor in A Coruña boasts a fantastic location directly across from the beach, and the surrounding neighborhood is charming, offering plenty of activities just minutes away from the city center and its historical sites. While the hotel primarily caters to business meetings and conferences, I found that the front desk staff could be more helpful and welcoming, though one lady stood out as particularly...
Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Check-in was easy and efficient after a long a stressful travel day. Despite being on the 2nd floor, there was a break in the trees across the street allowing a beautiful view of the bay. Don’t know if the rooms either side of me had as good of a view. I watched the waves for hours, especially as a storm rolled in. Location was nice and central, and the bed...

Not the best location in La Coruña but depends what you are visiting. Was perfect for me visiting family, wouldn't recommend it for tourism. Perfect place to stop on the Camino. The rooms seem to have recently been remodeled and are relatively modern looking and spacious. The bathroom in the room was very clean and modern. It is a good place to stop on the Camino as it is right on the route and is a very good price (I paid 56 euros for 1 night for a single use room with a queen bed). Of my 8+ stops on the Camino, it was definitely the best
Staff and clean room Good breakfast, basic amenities
Superb! This hotel has great facilities, including restaurant, cafe and outside swimming pool. Between Padron centre and Santiago, ideal to relax. Close by Motorway.
Great clean hotel for pilgrims, with a pool. Nice that's it's right on the Camino, definitely caters to pilgrims. Staff was very helpful.
Basic facilities, clean tidy rooms. Pool and garden area very scenic. Do not bother with the restaurant. Breakfast is ok but chaotic; poor layout and eclectic options. We stayed one night.
Not near anything, and that's kind of a bummer, but the hotel is great. Would be nice if instead of multiple restaurants they had a little market.

Good location for car driving. The staff and room are excellent. The meal is absolutely outstanding.
Great room, really spacious, comfortable and really clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed.
I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom...
We stayed in a villa which was spacious but dark. It also wasn’t super clean (cobwebs everywhere) and the service left much to be desired. I would say it’s good for a 3 star hotel as far as service and amenities, but not a 4 star.
The hotel is generally good, well-kept territory, interesting landscape, nice garden, good restaurant, convenient bus from the hotel to the city center. The huge minus of the room (room "Villa") is the strongest smell of dampness and old furniture on the first floor of the room, which was impossible to air out even with the balcony and windows constantly open. All things, absolutely everything smelled...

Good quality hotel, excellent pool area with nicely kept terraces with sun loungers. Room bit dated and bathroom smelled like it had been smoked in, but otherwise bathroom good sized and shower good. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Room a bit tired and air-conditioning bit noisy but worked well to keep room cool. Bed was comfy but no kettle/coffee maker in Room. Excellent location, breakfast, free park and friendly people
Everything is as expected, except for one small improvement: the outdoor parking lot should be reserved for hotel guests only, because everyone outside the hotel parks their vehicles there, leaving guests without parking. The indoor parking lot has few spaces and no reservations. This is a negative.
It was a family trip with a long journey. We couldn't find a good hotel with an affordable price. But it is quite distanced from the city center though, the hotel was quite nice. The room was spacious (it was a bonus) and the bed was clean and soft. The room service was perfect, nothing to complain.
Good hotel, very big and spacious rooms . Nice staff
The location of the hotel is a bit remote, you have to take a taxi to go to the city center and the beach. The service is good but the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient~

Modern hotel with olde world touches in the rooms. Lovely fountain and open plan vista on the inside all floors can be seen from the ground floor and downwards from the top level (breakfast room) with an array of real plants hanging down from each level.
Not a 4 star hotel, first is has mold in the bathroom as seen in the photos. In desperate need of updating. I do need to say the staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. This is what is missing for me for 4 star rating: face/hand towels in the shower, coffee maker, bathrobes, slippers, water to drink, extra pillows, shoehorn, ironing board. While I was able to ask for and receive pillows...
Lines to check in. Rooms were clean, beds good and AC works really good. Guy at the bar super cool.

Front desk staff Zelta was a pleasure to deal with. The property itself needs a bit of upkeep but the property is pleasant. While it has room for improvement my only thorn was the pool area/service. It deserves its four stars. The room is incredibly wide. (a triple one). It looks like that there is a living room if it hosts just two guest. Two safes. A very big wardrobe. Fantastic friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious including the bathroom. Great hotel, very comfortable and pleasant. Excellent breakfast and wonderful service, especially Alfredo, who was always kind and attentive. Highly recommended!
The hotel is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. It's very close to Vigo's main beaches and not far from the bus station, and the airport.
It’s misleading to call this hotel 4 stars. 2-3 at most. Whilst the price did match the level of accommodation it would be more honest to call things as they are. I also experienced the same problem as others with the noise from next door room. They were just talking but the sound proofing is non existent. For some reason this hotel keeps putting people next to each other despite this well known problem...
The hotel is truly 3*** 4 instead. The rooms sockets are broken and if you gotta work there is no socket under the desk. Service was good and staff very nice, however there is no restaurant in the hotel and you are forced to have dinner outside. Outside there are no many options.
