The hotel is clean. The food is solid. But the noise level that passes through the walls makes the impression worse and is not pleasant.

Everything was suitable for me.

The experience was positive. The service was good, and the facilities were adequate, although the capacity of the elevators could be improved. The breakfast was fine but could be much better.

Excellent Stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location—close to everything you’d want to see and do. The rooms and common areas were spotless, reflecting the staff’s great attention to detail. As always, I stay here when I'm on business trips. There are all sorts of restaurants right outside – it's the most convenient location. Lots of shops, great for shopping!

We stayed for a few days in September and I must say the staff are amazing they cant do enough for you (Reception, Restaurant & Guest Service). Excellent food both breakfast and the a la carte restaurant. Service is wonderful. Everything about it is luxury. Fantastic location. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location, over looking the ocean and within walking distance to everything to see. Great service from the staff. We booked a balcony room which had great views. If you book a balcony room, be aware of the 15 step circular staircase to get to the room.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed.

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom...

We stayed in a villa which was spacious but dark. It also wasn’t super clean (cobwebs everywhere) and the service left much to be desired. I would say it’s good for a 3 star hotel as far as service and amenities, but not a 4 star.

The huge minus of the room (room "Villa") is the strongest smell of dampness and old furniture on the first floor of the room, which was impossible to air out even with the balcony and windows constantly open. I loved my stay at this hotel! I loved that it was located so close to the sea and just a 20 minute walk to Torre de Hercules! And the walk is amazing! The hotel offers rooms with amazing sea view. While its not central, I prefer this as A Courña is a costal city and thats what you're there for. There's a nunber of bars and restaurants close by and its very walkable. It deserves its four stars. The room is incredibly wide. (a triple one). It looks like that there is a living room if it hosts just two guest. Two safes. A very big wardrobe. And the wc has a washing department an the bathing department. I have missed a toilet brush just to keep “the seat” clean after use.

It’s misleading to call this hotel 4 stars. 2-3 at most. Whilst the price did match the level of accommodation it would be more honest to call things as they are. The hotel is truly 3*** 4 instead. The rooms sockets are broken and if you gotta work there is no socket under the desk. Service was good and staff very nice, however there is no restaurant in the hotel and you are forced to have dinner outside. Outside there are no many options.

I was here for a non too pleasant visit so I was in and out pretty quickly every day. But at all times the staff made my stay nicer than I expected. The location is not the best for all cases as it was busy with a lot of building work in the area at the time, but it worked great for me.

Modern and Spacious Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. I only had breakfast and not an evening meal but the restaurant was superb with interesting views of the port.

There are no nice restaurants or cafés around, so walking to the the old town is the only solution. Located close enough to both train stations in town as to be walkable with rolling bags, and also a comfortable walking distance from the Old Town for good restaurants and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to help my wife and I celebrate a milestone anniversary when we stayed. Will definitely be back again.

We only had one night between Coruña and taking the train to Porto. The room was good. A decent size and comfortable. We did not get to try the full breakfast as we had an early start. This hotel is well positioned for walking to the train station even with luggage. Also close to the best dining options. I would stay again when in Vigo.

This is advertised as 5 star hotel. It is not. There were no basic coffee/tea making facility in the room & only a basic shower over bath in the bathroom. Hairdrier did not work in our room and took a long time to get fixed. It has a beautiful foyer & a nice pool area (pool is uniformly deep however) & the service was generally very good. Location is pretty close to the Old Town.

The location is a bit far, 4 km from the cathedral, but parking is convenient, the room is large, neat and clean, the breakfast is good, and the dinner is also very well cooked.

Literally across the Old Town, its location is ideal for travellers with no car. You can explore the city on foot, plenty of restaurants, shops and of course, the famous Catedral de Santiago.

Pretty nice hotel with good sized rooms for our one night visit to Santiago de Compostela. The manager was nice enough to accommodate us even though I made some booking errors online. Paid underground parking garage was one minute away but tricky to get in and out.

It’s a hotel with no facilities at all , not even a bottle of water is provided, so you’ll have to buy your own from the supermarket. It's within walking distance, making it easy to get there by bus and lug your luggage. It's also not far from the cathedral. The facilities and service are relatively satisfactory. The only downside is that the bathroom lacks shower amenities. Otherwise, everything was good. There are also two large supermarkets nearby, making grocery shopping convenient.
