Brilliant hotel with brilliant staff all round fantastic experience. Comfy beds, clean hotel couldn't fault it. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety.

An OK hotel with limited facilities. On the plus side the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was also pretty good all be it in a different building next door. There is an underground car park close by which the hotel has a deal with at 10€ per day. The hotel is on several bus routes with the nearest stop about 50 metres across the road. On the negative side the rooms are very small. There is no bar or restaurant available. The hotel is situated in a residential area with no bars or restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach front where you will find numerous restaurants and bars.

This compact hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the beach and sightseeing, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The high level of cleanliness and modern surroundings were perfect for us. All the reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely nice and supportive staff! Room was nice and big. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Good quality of products. Location is good, near beach Las Canteras; discount at near parking area and well connected local bus

Had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and cruise ships. We stayed here for only one night just before boarding a cruise ship. Everything I needed was within walking distance and restaurant recommended by reception was excellent. They have a roof top area open to all guests. The breakfast area isn't large, so you need to make a reservation time for it. Very reasonable rates when I compared other hotels. Would recommend to anyone.

I arrived in a bit of drama as airline baggage half destroyed my luggage. I was warmly welcomed and checkin was very smooth. I took a room with a terrace. it was perfect size for one and also for a couple. room was clean. there was a little road noise but nothing unusual due to window proximity. The bed was comfortable as was temprature in the room. The hotel has no restraunt but does provide breakfast. its about 10-15 min walk to beach and there are plently of places to eat in evening. There are plenty of taxis in area just outside if you need.

It’s a normal size hotel situated in a very good position. The staff has been amazing trough the whole stay, and even after. Our son forgot his beloved teddy bear in the room, as we left wry early in the morning. The staff did everything possible to find it, and they also did all possible efforts to send it to us to Eastern Europe. The staff went that far, that they made a picture of the teddy bear sharing some calming lines for our son to make him less sad ❤️. The love and the commitment they have shown has been far above everything expected. Additional: nice rooms, very clean, free items in the minibar and every kind of support. We are already looking forward for the future stay in there ❤️🙏

An excellent base for our holiday - handily placed - the rooms were bright and clean and comfortable- the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We hired bicycles for four days and were able to securely store them overnight in the hotel’s nearby garage. If returning to Las Palmas would certainly book Matilde again

A wonderful modern hotel in a great location for a good price... about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole experience was positive. We would like to thank all the people who assisted us during our stay, especially Maya who worked in reception, and Cristian (housekeeping). Clean, bright, and modern rooms. A lovely rooftop terrace with great views. Exceptional customer service. We will definitely return again to this location. Thank you.
