Quick easy check in rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. Would certainly use this hotel again as it provided a quality cost effective stay.

To be honest the location of the hotel is perfect. You can stay in Palma- old city then if you have a car you can enjoy and go anywhere you want so you can both see both side old city & playas( south of the island) - when it comes to the hotel, of course they are 3 star and it was high then our expectations.. breakfast is not strong but if you want to start to the day with something more than coffee and croissants it is good.. cleanliness and amenities are good for a 3 star hotel, also thank you so much for the lady who works in night shift- she was so kind and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays and really enjoyed our time there. We booked a junior suite on the 7th floor and were very satisfied. The only downside was the noise from the traffic outside. However, it didn’t bother me personally. The hotel is in an excellent location. We came by car, and since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, we had to look for parking on the surrounding streets, as the garages are really expensive. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the restaurant is truly beautiful.

Just enjoying a great stay. Had a superior room on the 4th floor. View not great but reasonably quiet for city centre location.
Staff wonderful, the breakfast with a view has been amazing, worth every euro.
Only drawback was not kettle in room, but they tell us it is changing, and if you ask they might have one to borrow.
We will certainly return.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Location is perfect. Everything was nice and satisfactory — except for the internet connection, which was quite poor. If that gets improved, it would be perfect.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely 2 nights , room was spacious and light. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice from cereals to breads, jam and honey, cakes and warm food and more. Orange juice fresh too. If we needed help reception were helpful, could be more happier to keep customers 100% contented. Definitely would stay again.

Great hotel. Spotless, spacious, modern rooms. Fantastic bathroom, particularly the rain shower. Amazing breakfast up on the 6th floor with views over the park and ocean. Our room faced to the back of the building, and was surprisingly quiet despite the very central location. Lovely staff. Overall, very good indeed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal. The old town is nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping.

Nice rooms.but should have a kettle.and tea and coffee in the room. Also I didn't have the vest sleep as the pillow are a little too fat for me. It would be nice to have a choice of pillows. The breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room stunning. Great location close to the bi's station.

In my opinion the best ever Japanese restaurant i saw in Las Palmas. It is really a best restaurant. The services are very good. They will make you to taste all the varieties of Japanese cuisine. It is 12 euro per person and you can order whatever you like it. There are 80 different food items. You have fish shrimp oyster beef chicken pork seaweed sushi sashimi desserts ice cream... you must try this restaurant... love it...
