The hotel is very well located and has top-notch facilities for a relaxing few days.

This time slightly better. Still lowest floor room though. Skip breakfast and enjoy the rooftop terrace. Overall acceptable choice for a quick Las Palmas visit but only If you get it for under 100 dollars per night.

Really good find. I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. This compact hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the beach and sightseeing, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The high level of cleanliness and modern surroundings were perfect for us. All the reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and cruise ships. We stayed here for only one night just before boarding a cruise ship. Everything I needed was within walking distance and restaurant recommended by reception was excellent. They have a roof top area open to all guests. The breakfast area isn't large, so you need to make a reservation time for it. Very reasonable...

The property is centrally located and, overall, beautiful, but in my opinion, it's very inconvenient logistically and lacks privacy, given that the bathrooms are practically attached to the bed with transparent doors, which really offers no privacy at all.

Incredible stay! Contrary to some negative reviews about the hotel's cleanliness, we actually found a beautiful hotel perfectly located near shops (directly opposite a mini-supermarket and the city center). Really nice decorated rooms! Ample commun areas to sit and relax. Small and well located hotel near las canteras beach. There are several food options nearby. On my floor there were 2 rooms only but I could hear very loud every time they flushed the toilet. Didn't ruin my stay but it was a bit uncomfortable. No outside noise though. The best thing was the location, and everything else could be greatly improved. The cleaning was poor, and to top it all off, one day they forgot to clean the room. According to the receptionist, the girl is very distracted. If that's the case, someone should check that everything is done. Staff are really good there, the rooms are nice, only issue was I could hear the boiler running a few times through the night and you can hear the other guests hocking up in the next room, but for the price and what you get it’s probably fair.

It was a good hotell. quiet and nice roomservice.

The accommodation was very basic but clean and location is excellent. The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. It was however quite difficult to communicate with the man who took over for the remainder of my stay. All in all, I'd stay there again but in an upgraded room.

Pretty but sticky This is a pretty place to stay and should be very good but there’s a few issues. The air conditioning is hot and Miss which meant for a few sweaty nights. The I’m room coffee machine also need to work. Felt let down. But if all is fixed it’ll still be good place to stay for a short break

The rooms were great and as described in the pictures. It was very quiet. The rooms were very clean. We even got to rent equipment at the nearby tennis courts as a courtesy of the hotel. Hotel is located up a back street , and hard to find . Having to ask a few locals for directions . Quite distant from nearest beach , although a short walk has One looking to the main harbour area .The single room was excellent and clean , while the staff were friendly and helpful enough . Not bad, not good. They have card for underground parking in 3 min away. But you need to get it in reception before go to the parking, it’s not useful cas in the streets there is no place even stop for 1 min.
