We arrived at 1am and was worried about the checking in times but to our surprise there is someone on the reception 24hr a day . Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

Great location close to old town. The rooms are lovely and modern and the rooftop pool and bar are lovely. The staff are pretty friendly overall. What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. Just back from a weeks stay. Rooms dated but lovely and clean. Breakfast is hit and miss. Beans came out then 10 mins eggs but then no cutlery and no staff to get any but apart from that its ok. Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. We had an amazing stay on this campsite. The site itself is very well kept and all facilities are spotless. Caravan was spotless bed spot on . Had every think you needed for a home from home holiday . The pool is a fantastic place to chill out and have a dip to cool off

Visited the site in July. Everything very clean and well managed. Facilities are excellent with value for money bar and meals on offer. Entertainment is good with varied types of acts performing nightly. Site very secure and safe with good local transport links.

This really is a five star site, so clean and well run. We are currently in the process of purchasing a property here and recently visited the site, and found it to be exceptional in every area. It is so clean and well maintained, really looking forward to our next visit.

Great small hotel, really friendly, kind staff who make you feel welcome. I have stayed here a few times, mixture of tourists and contractors. The rooms are nice and clean some have bath's or shower's. The location is on the N322 which can be busy but the room I had this time was quiet with a terrace.
