The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Probably same to get Levante beach. Room was basic but ideal for my needs as a base. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was OK. There is something there for everyone. I would stay here again if needed

Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. The staff are brilliant and tend to your every need,always with a smile and we will definitely visit again in the future.
