Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. The cleaniness is hit or miss. The VIP lounge is not worth paying for, lack of food variety. The property has potential to be a four star resort if improvements were made.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, the it's located about 3 miles from benidorm so nice am quite but only 1 problem the lack of public transport if you want to go anywhere, so if you need to travel it'll be taxi everywhere unless you have a car.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

Fabulous hotel with easy free parking across the road for great access. Quiet location, but still close to the bigger towns by car. Wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast room/restaurant with incredible views. Lovely sea view room and wonderful pool side sunbathing by the cliffs.

We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for 18 years, it never fails to deliver in five star service. The greeting from all the staff is friendly welcoming but not too nuch. The accommodation is luxurious and clean, the cleaning staff are always so courteous. The breakfast is excellent and so too is the “restaurant on top” Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel from 1st - 5th February and it was exceptional. All staff are super friendly and attentive going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Stayed here with wife in Feb. All I can say is this place is amazing. I have stayed all over the world and travel a lot. This may be best experience I have had from a customer service point of view. We just had lunch here and didn't stay in the hotel although it looks fabulous inside. We sat on the front patio beneath a parasol and food was nice, staff lovely. A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Due to it being an old building it does however bring with it both good and not so good aspects. On the positive it’s a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe to it. Lovely apartment and so close to the beach and sea, albeit uphill on your return! Lovely bars & eateries nearby. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention as mould in places and bath mat is like a hessian sack! Overall, would return here as location is so good and views are beautiful. Can walk to Benidorm which takes about an hour or so.

Apart hotel is a good place to stay we hade 3 apartments and the service was really good. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants and the view is amazing.

Incredible location overlooking Finestrat beach, easy walk to Benidorm over the other side and to Finestrat beach. We parked the car and walked everywhere, views are out of this world, apartment is a bit tired but clean and great value for location. Parking available underneath the building for 12 euro. Will definately come back.

FANTASTIC venue. We had a 4 bedroomed apartment, sleeps 8. Clean. Huge patio. Plenty of areas to sit out. It is on top of a hill...quite steep but the views are stunning. Theres a cafe onsite, they play relaxing music...food looked delicious. Seemed to be popular. But go down the hill and theres a lovely sandy cove, lots of bars and eateries. Its a great location.

well located hotel Well located property in a quiet area and close to the beach, although our taxi driver got lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable with clean towels provided on alternate days. The only downside was the pool was very small and dirty which was disappointing.

Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb.
