Excellent accomodation just fringing the old town, friendly staff, I also liked the request by the property to keep noise levels low after 10pm , we were beach front sea view with wonderful views , yes there is a road but never heard in rooms of an evening, but to be honest it's a 10 k an hour polocie and pedestrians are priorities, yes would thoroughly recommend,

All was perfect, apart from te dust under the beds that needs cleaning. I will difinetely go back the Hotel Mar Blau and highly recommend it.

Generally property condition and facilities are good. Very friendly staff. The only disappointment was the duvets we used weren't clean 😪.

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

Perfect location on Levante Beach , beautiful views. Dealt with booking which is a 5 - 10 min walk away from the apartment to collect and drop off keys The room could do with updating but i would stay again

Excellent loction, superb sea views, we collected our keys from the office, which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and exactly as photos. We stayed in 7-2. 3 bedrooms and 2 wash rooms. Would definitely use again.

We arrived later than planned but Valentino greeted us with keys and essential instructions for the apartment, once we were inside it was instantly obvious we had made the right choice, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge/balcony overlooking the beach. Great apartment in a fantastic location. Only gripe was that we were given only one set of keys for 4 adults! This meant that if one couple went back early then the other couple had to escort them before going back out. Not ideal. This needs to be rectified.

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.

Fantastic location. Tatty but comfortable, kitchen needs major updating, some things do not work and some do not look H&S compliant - iron cable broken in places and a gaffer tape repair in another. They appear to be updating the apartments in the block so worth asking for photos before booking

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting. Ice it's like asking for a pot of gold! I even got refused...

However on our recent visit we were very disappointed with a few of the changes that have been made after the recent upgrade work completed at the first floor pool area. Really nice hotel! I checked in for a few nights into a suite on the fourth floor which had amazing views over the harbour and sea. The suite was beautiful - massive space, excellent features, very clean, very comfortable (and huge!) bed. Was only briefly at the pool, which was very nice. Poolside drinks/food menu was ok. Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. I would recommend a room facing the water as the port side can get very crowded and loud at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Two little pools. Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. However I am Vegetarian and also Gluten Free so I had scrambled egg and cheese. They did offer GF bread but it was a still frozen bread roll so couldnt be toasted. It was 10 euro so it eas OK for what I needed...

Room was clean but a little basic. Nowhere to really sit apart from the bed and a stiff upright chair. Nowhere to hang a wet pool towel or swimwear. Good Aparthotel in Xabia. Great property for a 1 bed appartment. Good size. Functional kitchen. Location great and easy parking. TV could have had more international channels with more than one English speaking channel. (Sky News) Other than that, which is a small point the overall stay was very good. Thank you.

Just stayed one night but room was good, pool area looks nice but never had a chance to use it. Looks like a good hotel for and extended stay as the rooms have a kitchen and washing machine. AC was very good.

Love this Location so Close to airport and at the Begining of the city. Very peaceful environment with private car park. With a Cafe below just makes it a very relaxing place from the noise of the city. Great for those who love a quite and relaxing time

it’s a nice hotel, the room wasn’t special but pretty big for the price. the pool is really nice and wasn’t full at all when we were there. you can get to the city center by bus and the beach is also really close! also i would recommend visiting the parc which is about a 10 minute walk and sooo nice
