We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle. Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge...

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great. Would definitely go back!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there.

Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. It’s 3 star hotel and been here along time . We went at the end of October and was pleased with what we saw . The rooms have a fridge but not a kettle which would have been ideal . Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away. The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted. On top of that, great value.

Brilliant time thank you so much, staff so friendly and really looked after me as a solo traveller they made me feel so safe.

Room clean and tidy, beds comfortable and the bathroom is clean and tidy . 2 drawbacks are the television is all in Spanish and I tried to change the settings as per instructions from others and Google but it wouldn't let me and the other drawback is the food, although a reasonable selection for both breakfast and dinner the food is cooked but then under lights for however long so cold or nearly cold...

Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

Lovely big apartment pool fantastic, we are 2, 71 year old lady's, we had a bed each (which is what we wanted because we are friends) BUT we would have appreciated 2 bed sheets each instead of 1 each, and we would have liked pillow cases on the pillows, apart from that lovely apartment.
