Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. Service from some of the staff was excellent,especially Angel,Wilma,Gabriel and Anamaria.leisurely walk to old town along the waves promenade. Highly recommend staying here at least once.

It’s 3 star hotel and been here along time . We went at the end of October and was pleased with what we saw . The rooms have a fridge but not a kettle which would have been ideal . The air con , so called worked but would need to be much better in summer months . We only stopped B&B but food was fine and a good variety. The staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is in a wonderful location - a feeling of space all around, modern and clean. We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle. Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great. Would definitely go back!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there.

We stayed here for a week in June , at first I was worried because there was work going on , but it was okay me and my husband enjoyed watching the trucks coming and going to the site we especially enjoyed catching the bus to the old and new town of benidorm , we found the room lovely and clean , the cleaners worked really hard , the reception staff were very professional and we were checked in quickly...

Comfy rooms, helpful staff, delicious food. Location could be better - uphill walks required. Go for a frontal sea view room if you can!

Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Overall a lovely hotel!

Great place to stay. Quit area. Just finished modernising dining area this week. Very classy. Very clean hotel with rooms cleaned daily. Staff very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away. The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted. On top of that, great value.

Brilliant time thank you so much, staff so friendly and really looked after me as a solo traveller they made me feel so safe.

Room clean and tidy, beds comfortable and the bathroom is clean and tidy . 2 drawbacks are the television is all in Spanish and I tried to change the settings as per instructions from others and Google but it wouldn't let me and the other drawback is the food, although a reasonable selection for both breakfast and dinner the food is cooked but then under lights for however long so cold or nearly cold...

It was a great value for the price on last moment booking. The promenade is few meters away and located in a quiet area, so we had a good sleep.
