Hotels in Ella

Clean and good value for money! If you’re in Ella for a couple of nights, definitely worth a stay. Rooms are basic but clean. Ours had an amazing mountain view. Breakfast was very basic but the staff make it with so much love that you can’t say no! The owner is great and will drive you up and down in his tuk tuk. Good value for a night or two!

We stayed at Heart of Ella as a family with a toddler and were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel owner is incredibly kind and helpful – no matter what we needed, he was always there to support us. We had rented a tuk-tuk during our stay (not through the hotel). We stayed here one day when we came to ella. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. Recommended for couples and families. There are a variety of rooms available with different features according to anyones need and budget. The owner mr. Wijay is very attentive and supportive, and will always make sure we are looked after well.

I think the location of the hotel is very good. The owner is very very nice and a warm man who wants everything to work out. The view from the rooms is really nice and you can even see the sunrise from your bed :) The price-performance ratio is good and the rooms are quite OK. I think they could do a bit more with breakfast :) fresh tea and coffee would be a good start.

Beautiful shop with reasonably priced products. Recommended for souvenirs , hand made bags , even cloths .

The most outstanding shop in the Ella. You could find amazing gift items like 100% eco-friendly candles. In other places you may find cheap and toxic paraffin candles. Owner of this shop always bring the best and eco friendly items to you.

Wonderful place full of amazing slow-fasion and sustainable cloths and souvenirs! All made by hand and 100% Sri Lankan and sustainable. Make sure to visit this place when visiting Ella. Me personally would buy everything there if I could :)
