Hotel was a different league. Amazing lodge, great for family of 4. Loads to do. Food excellent. Would have been a 5 but it was so remote and hard to find and the pool was slightly cold. Next time would stay longer and use more facilities. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Awesome, luxurious accommodation in the middle of a tea plantation. You will struggle to get a better view from your balcony than from here! Huge suite kitted out with all you require plus more. Highly recommend the back massage from the spa. Delicious complimentary tea was most welcome when we arrived.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in and was truly the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. Having only 5 rooms ensures a quiet and restful stay with wonderful service. We really did feel at home straight away. The food, the location and level of comfort are all 5 stars.

This is a heavenly place. The service/people are outstanding, the property is beautiful and the food is outstanding. We had a wonderful two night stay. I do recommend that they look into a new hot water system, however I stand firm with my 5 out of 5 rating!

This was our second time staying at 98 Acres. The Resort and its facilities are wonderful but the staff at 98 Acres are absolutely amazing. They are always cheerful, welcoming, helpful and full of knowledge and pride both in their work and to guests. Thanks heaps. We hope to visit 98 Acres again!

Too short a trip. Wonderful hotel that greets and sees you off with a blessing. Spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with fabulous views over little Adam's peak, which is easily accessed from here. Staff are wonderful. We had wonderful stay at Misty Elegance, which is ideally located a gory walk from Ella Main Street. Despite this, it’s in credibility peaceful, with beautiful views and lovely rooms. Nothing Bh was too much trouble, and we slept like babies, drifting off to the sounds of the rain forest outside. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Ella for a couple of days 😊

We really enjoyed our time here. The views were breathtaking and the staff were exceptional. They appeared to really take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Keep in mind that hotel's location is a little bit off the beaten track. It can be reached with tuk tuk, not bus. However, location and views are exceptional! It was worth it! Friendly hostesses, very kind and welcoming, no problems. Balcony with a beautiful view of the sights of Ella. The only downside is a slightly dirty bed and something black was constantly falling from the roof and something was running there at night) but this is Sri Lanka, problems with the floor and ceiling are common here.

Stayed here as part of our trip to Sri Lanka and woud highly recommend! The room was clean, views from the balcony over to Ella Rock were unbelievable, breakfast was plentiful and to top it off the staff were incredibly informative and helpful. The best place to stay in Ella. We had the biggest room with the private balcony and it was amazing. Massive comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The balcony had views of Ella rock which was amazing. A good place to stay at Halpe on your way to Badulla from Bandarawela. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a nice view of ella mountains and attached bathrooms with hot water facility. They have a spacious vehicle park and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Our visit, although brief, was memorable! The facilities are incredible and set in a breathtaking mountain scenery with the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets we have ever seen. Ella Peak is a very convenient place to stay, especially because it is within walking distance to the town, around 100 meters. Parking is available, and the area is not busy, which makes it comfortable and peaceful. The hotel is affordable and well suited for travelers. As a local tour guide, I confidently recommend this place for my guests.

We had 2 nights in Hotel Onrock. It's a nice hotel and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only thing is that the hotel is located quite high up, and the walk-up is very steep. Other than that, all was good.
