Worst place ever. Rooms were not clean at all. I am 184 cm and the height of the shower is almost 160 cm. Can you imagine how harsh it was to take a shower!!!!! When it was raining the room was full of water, can you believe it? I am not exaggerating. They have no idea what customer service is. If you are planning to stay in Colombo and have a good time, i suggest you find another place.

An ok place for a night or two but don't expect anything special. Large room with tv & WiFi and A/C so the basics were there. Breakfast was acceptable.
The staff was very pleasant (only one guy who seemed to do everything and was awake at every hour of the day or night it seemed).
It's difficult to find as the driveway is hard to spot - it's opposite Mile Post Avenue. It doesn't help either that the road it's on has two names - R. A De Mel Street. or the general name of The Kandy Road. You'll need Google maps.
It's a short tuk-tuk ride into central Colombo - watch out for the touts who'll try to rip you off with city tours.

Staff was nice and the location is great.
The room we stayed in was very average and breakfast was very basic, just some toast and butter.

This location is situated in the centre of Colombo near many shops, businesses, restaurants, malls, and tourist sites. Guests are greeted on the ground floor and then escorted to the third floor where payment can be made for room bookings. The rooms are large and clean, with all the usual appointments. In spite of being in the central part of the city, the rooms are also quiet. Breakfast is included in most packages and is served in the central, communal area on your floor. It consists of an omelette of your choice, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and tea or coffee. Good enough to start the day. For those guests who require another coffee to kick off the day Coffee Bean is located in the Liberty Mall, only five or so minutes walk away. Tariff is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

PLEASE IT NOT A HOTEL . ITS A BUNGLOW WHICH HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO HOTEL . I HAD A VERY BAD VIEW ABOUT THIS SO CALLED HOTEL . THERE ARE ONLY 3 PERSON IN STAFF AND ONLY 1 AT NIGHT . NO ONE IS AT THE RECEPTION . ITS NOT A HOTEL . PLEASE DNT STAY.

As for mall you can get all famous brands here and also a good food court. Kelly's shop is good for general shopping

This accommodation is large, private, spotlessly clean, very quiet and comfortable in a convenient upmarket area of Colombo. The aircon is effective and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large and modern. The service is efficient friendly and polite. It is difficult to see how you could get better unless you stayed at very high end hotels. Please note it is not a hotel but part of someone's apartment. The owners are quiet and polite and do not intrude on your privacy. We stayed on the fourth floor and the lift was good. The breakfast on the first floor was fine. We had fruit platter, yoghurt, toast with conserves and an omelette. The situation is very good for Liberty Plaza shopping and for a wide variety of restaurants mostly of the higher end. It is easily walkable to Galle Face Green and to the lake but there are a profusion of tuk tuks should you prefer to ride.
