The bed-n-breakfast hotel is in the middle of Kandy with view of Lake Kandy and within walking distance to many sightseeing spots, such as the famous tooth relic temple. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had several things in the room which did not work but they came quickly and took care of them. For the price and the location is is good.
One precaution, is that if you like to walk like us, be mindful of the traffic. It can be tricky, especially look out for the public buses, the drivers are always seemed to be in such a BIG hurry.

A small joint open to kandy lake with view of temple. Food is really good, taste less artificially flavoured which is good. The owner has worked in a restaurant in Europe and with that experience he started a happy hour which is entertaining.
