There are lockers on the B1 level for self-service luggage storage, but there are only a few lockers available, so it's best to store your luggage early.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Old Licorice Market and not too far from the Old City. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. The room was small but very clean and had an outside window.

Comfy room that was very clean. Did not have a fridge or hot water kettle which would've been nice. You also need to contact reception to change the thermostat settings, but thankfully it was a nice temperature throughout my stay. Really enjoyed the location, it's in a nice area with many good restaurants nearby, and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go.

The room is outdated and very confusing order of room numbers! The staff are nice, but sometimes they (the staff serving at the breakfast area) talk so loud to each other -not work related, which ruins the coziness of the place. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious though.

I've stayed at Scandic's hotels for many years. They're a bit pricey, but the facilities are good. There's paid parking for 360 SEK. It's very close to the central train station and across from the Co-op supermarket. I encountered a massive traffic jam on my way there, as there were road construction works around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around Gothenburg. Shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The central station square is right in front of the hotel, making it a great place to meet people from all over the world. We stayed there for seven consecutive nights.

Good hotel, worthy to come back!

The rooms on the first floor always have a short flight of stairs, which wasn't ideal for us with a stroller. However, the service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the location. We would definitely consider coming again.

The hotel is in a great location. There's a large park in front of the hotel, which also has a playground. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center. The rooms have a view and good ventilation. Cleaning needs to be notified in advance. The breakfast is quite rich (compared to local hotels) and the restaurant environment is also good. Overall, it's very suitable for family trips.

Everything stood out! The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the amenities were well thought out and easy to enjoy. The overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and memorable—I’d happily stay here again.

This place is gorgeous. The ferry stop is right outside the hotel to get across to central Stockholm. The hotel is clean, and the view is unbelievable. Staff very friendly, and breakfast buffet is the best Ive ever seen. My only complaint is the lack of amenities around this area. There is nowhere to eat but the hotel. You need to go into central Stockholm for any restaurants or shopping.

We could not figure out how to get hot water in the shower until our last day. Finally the front desk sent help before we checked out. Also, I was charged twice for the room and it took a while to get that straightened out. Breakfast was fabulous!

The hotel has the best location in Gothenburg. All is very clean and well looked after. The breakfast buffet is great. Only negative is the attitude of the staff serving the breakfast. I had a lateish start for three out of five days and that meant no cleaning on those days. In the end i had to ring reception to ask for my room to be cleaned.

The hotel had a variety of pillows to choose from, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was average, though not particularly extensive. However, the pool was disappointingly expensive for a family of four, costing around 600 kr per person. In most hotels I've visited, the sunroom and jacuzzi are free to guests, and their hours are extended, rather than just 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

The front desk staff at the hotel were very friendly. They offered to change my room because I was not satisfied with the room type. They were also very accommodating when there were no other room types available for the first two nights. The hotel is very new and clean.

There are convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk let us check in early. Two bottles of water and shower gel were provided in the room, but they wouldn't be replenished the next day. The breakfast was okay, and the price-performance ratio is very high for Europe.

The hotel is worth the money. However, there are two substantive comments that greatly spoil the impression. Firstly, no mini bar and minimal tea set. For 4 stars is simply unacceptable. Especially in winter, in cold weather. Second, cold in the room. The feelings, 17-18 degrees, not more. The battery was set at maximum. A very nice hotel very close to the train station. The hotel is in a very nice charming old building. It is a historical building transformed into a hotel over the years. So the hotel is not very conventional and there are some small and long passages. But all the walkways are carpeted and there are two small but antique elevators. Good hotel but have to walk about 10 mins (which is a lot) during wintry weather.

We understand what to expect from European hotels when traveling and generally aren't demanding. However, I was quite puzzled why our towels weren't changed during our two-day stay, as they were already completely wet after the first day's use.
