I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Boutique hotels are 100% worth the extra cost. They make you feel at home with all the thoughtful ways the room is laid out. The most amazing breakfast and service and lovely bars and restaurants attached. My advice, stay here!!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. My only remark is the bar areas are often taken over for local art and literature gatherings so getting a drink at the bar is almost impossible. We went during the week, too.

The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. Also we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were good. The main negative point is that room was very very small. We were two people and the room only had chair.

Perfect stay! you can walk to all the good spots (old town, shopping) but you’re also close to buses and the metro. I agree with all the previous reviews: the staff is awesome, the rooms are great and the included breakfast is really good. Worth every penny!

They didn’t change the sheets on my bed during my entire stay. There was a small sign that sayed if I want to keep the sheets then place the sign on the bed. I didn’t place it on the bed but still they didn’t change the sheets. I know The sheets weren’t changed because my suitcase accidentally made it slightly dirty the first day when I unpacked and the dirt remained every day when I got back.

Can't speak highly enough about how helpful the staff here were, kind, friendly and polite. Great location for the convention centre.

Excelent located in the center of Karlskrona. Close to walkinstreet, the square and many restaurants. The hotel is nice but could use a bit of maintenance. It is kept in an older style which goes great with the building itself. Lovely breakfast buffet with all the basic stuff for a 4* hotel. Homemade apple pie is a must try.

Cheap and quiet hotel The rooms were hot, there were fans provided and windows could be opened but a proper aircon machine would’ve been nice. The rooms were clean but bit old. The lack of minifridge was surprise too. Breakfast was okay. The location was bit far but the neighbourhood was quiet.

The staff person at the reception was very helpful: I had arrived quite early after a transatlantic flight, well before check-in time. He not only found a room for me by 10 am, but personally delivered the room key while I was working in the lounge area. Bring a sleep mask to block out the very bright thermostat display.

Hotel is ok and the staff is friendly, but it has seen its better days. It needs renovation, especially the windows which are not properly sealed and one in my friends room even leaked the rain water.

Stylish, but rooms need some TLC It’s an interesting hotel with a certain style. But it’s tired, and frayed about the edges, and really needs renovation. That said, the beds are super comfortable.

This is the perfect example of a boutique hotel, with looks over functionality, this hotel feels like a photobooth. Beautiful interior, clean as a whistle, with incredible staff, but I can't recommend it for the price. The location is great but the rooms are cold, small and cramped.

The environment is really good. It is very European and has a sense of historical sedimentation. It is in the city, and there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The scenery is very good. I think it is a worthwhile experience.

Cozy little hotel with a very central location. Close to a lot of culture like the Royal Palace and all the alleys in Gamla Stan. Across the street, boats depart to Djurgården with Gröna Lund, Skansen and museums like Wasa.

The location of the hotel was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Although the rooms were a bit small, they were clean and well organized. The breakfast was rich and varied. We will definitely choose this place again when we return to Stockholm.

The first time I get inside, there was trashinside the bin. it's too old. The bathroom accidently have asudden noisy after shower.

Business stop at Östersund Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

Right in the center of the town, this town is very small, with a population of 50,000 to 60,000. In winter, you can ski and watch the northern lights. Few Chinese tourists know about it and come here.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a busy holiday weekend with a big old car show in town. This hotel is on a busy intersection so the traffic noise was an issue but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent evening meal in the cozy dining room.

Stayed for a long weekend, 2 adults and 2 kids. Can’t find anything to complain about, it was a great experience and the breakfast buffet was perfect for everyone. We had a pretty and clean ocean view room with an amazing terrace. The location is close enough for a nice stroll to the old town and harbor area. Would stay again and can highly recommend it.

Have stayed here several times off season and found it excellent. For about the same price as a hotel you get a decent size apartment with access to a pool and gym. Breakfast was excellent.

This resort is stunning. We stayed in an ocean view bungalow and could not fault it - it has a double bedroom and 2 bunkbeds in a separate room with a shared large bathroom. There is also a separate WC, lounge and a huge patio area, as well as room to sit out at the front. The bungalow was well stocked with all you needed. You have breakfast in the main hotel and it was really quite lovely - great...

Basic family hotel with outdoor pool. We had a good size apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Considering the high price the breakfast is quite poor by Swedish standards. Cheap cuts of meat, no fish, no salad, poor choice of breads. Parked here for one night and tried to work out the parking system which didn’t work as I got a 600 SEK fine next morning. Pity when a 3 star hotel which charges...

Very good. I stayed here during May and found it really very good. Room was of a high standard with the bed being particularly comfortable. Even though the season hadn’t really got going, you could use the outdoor heated pool. Breakfast fine and staff pleasant; the two Indian guys being particularly helpful and pleasant. I would happily stay again.

Would I come back? Yes. Absolutely wonderful staff. Lovely room, only failings are no shower mat/towel and there were a few unsightly stains and damage to the rooms. Service wise, whether it be the breakfast room, reception or room servicing it was all exemplary. Friendly and professional.
