What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes. Thank you for a great stay.

We had an excellent stay. The accommodation was very good with details such as breakfast and service being adequate. The hotel is very business oriented, so not the friendliest for children in a sense that there was literally nothing for children to do inside the hotel.

The environment is great and the transportation is convenient.

The room over all was pretty good except for the fact that we could hear people's chatter from our neighbouring room. Also each time someone next to our room closed or opened thier door, we could feel and hear the thud inside the room.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, and the establishment offered amenities including a gym and a sauna. It is located approximately a thirty-minute metro journey from the city center. I would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed November 30, through December 7th. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful. Alma and Agnes went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The location is very easy to navigate. Single rooms are clean and standard as expected. Garage is super useful for the guests with car. Room temperature can not be controlled. Heating might be better.

It is a good hotel in an excellent location. Staff is friendly and polite. My only issue is how very dark the rooms are. The few lights in the room are very dim. No doubt an energy saving effort, but still, anyone over 50 would have a hard time reading a book by the lights over the bed.

Very nice hotel, modernly decorated, everything fresh and good service. Fantastic breakfast with everything you could wish for, nice arrangements and nice atmosphere. Good room, however high noise level of AC (maybe it could be adjusted?) but slept well anyway!

Booked it for my mom, she was overall very happy and praised the room, building atmosphere, location and breakfast options but had some issues with traffic noise some nights. I stayed during the same time in a room facing the inner courtyard and had 0 issues so might be worth thinking about if youre not a heavy sleeper.

The hotel is about 1.5 k from the ferry. Book a taxi ahead of arrival, otherwise you'll have to complete the 'refugee walk' along coble stone streets. The hotel is a bit of a labarynth spread between 2 buildings. My room did not have elevator access. I had to traverse 2 spiral stair cases with all of our luggage to get to the room. A hotel with a very period feel, on Zoo Island. Although the room is a little smaller, it has complete facilities and a great environment. There are many museums around and are worth a visit.

The surrounding environment is really good, including parks and museums. Tram Line 7 and the ferry are about 8 minutes' walk away. The breakfast is also delicious and the front desk service is also very good! All in all, a very satisfying stay!

The host does NOT speak English, even though the listing showed that she did. The listing also listed a tub, which it did not have.
