Excellent location, close to the city center, relatively new facilities, includes a kettle, and the service is okay. Daily room cleaning can be requested. There are lockers on the B1 level for self-service luggage storage, but there are only a few lockers available, so it's best to store your luggage early.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Old Licorice Market and not too far from the Old City. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. The room was small but very clean and had an outside window.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of storage, and the bathroom is clean. The only downside is that the room was very warm and the air conditioning didn't cool enough, but I suspect that's because it's turned off in winter.

Facilities were basic with limited places to hang our clothes. There was no drinks making facilities in the room but fortunately we were able to obtain a kettle and mugs from the reception. Check-in was done on our own using PCs provided but the staff at the reception were helpful whenever we needed any form of assistance.

people are so nice there. i was in a double bed room ,its clean to off shoes after head into the hostel. hairdyers is at the reception to borrow. its so nice pretty much coffee is available all day. its cosy for us to stay for tournament.

The shower room very very small, no drop in the shower room floor, only a gentle falls, floors get wet easily. No slippers provided, good to bring your own. There’s no coffee tea making facilities, if you need hot water, has to get it from the lobby. The location is ok, next to World Trade Center and Arlanda Express. Standard Double Room size is ok for two person, enough space to open two 24” luggage

Mixed bag, yes there is work going on to improve and they apologised 1000x about it but some staff really unfriendly and the room I was in was tired and very worn. We needed to change rooms to one with a walk in shower, this was no problem . Receptionist Clara even went up to the room to double check before checking us in! Meals at the bar were delivered quickly, once again great service. The hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance of most sites.

The rooms on the first floor always have a short flight of stairs, which wasn't ideal for us with a stroller. However, the service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the location. We would definitely consider coming again.

The room, bed and washroom are clean and tidy. Highly appreciated. However on the day that I stayed, it seemed that the hostel received a group of students. They were talking at around 2300 and that I couldn’t fall in sleep. I think the hostel may consider separate them from normal visitors.

In the first room, the bed was not cleaned and made. So I was changed to another room just above the bar and party which is so noisy throughout the night that I can barely sleep. This place is gorgeous. The ferry stop is right outside the hotel to get across to central Stockholm. The hotel is clean, and the view is unbelievable. Staff very friendly, and breakfast buffet is the best Ive ever seen. My only complaint is the lack of amenities around this area. There is nowhere to eat but the hotel. You need to go into central Stockholm for any restaurants or shopping.

Great place a short ferry ride from everything An excellent hotel a short ferry ride from central Stockholm, the museums, and nature walks, all visible from the hotel itself. We encountered an external noise problem, which they remedied by moving and upgrading us to a suite.

We could not figure out how to get hot water in the shower until our last day. Finally the front desk sent help before we checked out. Also, I was charged twice for the room and it took a while to get that straightened out. Breakfast was fabulous!

The room over all was pretty good except for the fact that we could hear people's chatter from our neighbouring room. Also each time someone next to our room closed or opened thier door, we could feel and hear the thud inside the room.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, and the establishment offered amenities including a gym and a sauna. It is located approximately a thirty-minute metro journey from the city center. I would highly recommend it to others.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. Check-in starts at 16:00, which is somewhat late, and as breakfast is no longer included in the room rate at Scandic, the breakfast offering feels relatively expensive.

Location was great and hotel room was good for myself and two kids. Only disappointment was that for the first few days we could connect the laptop via a cable and watch our own content, but the system updated through our stay and it was not possible after that. The roof top bar was excellent and staff very friendly.

Best western hotels are always nice. This hotel is super easy to find and close to city center on foot. Staff were very nice ND friendly and rooms are nice but need some work. No fridge but coffee and tea. The only negative point was the mattress which was stained. Breakfast is very 👍 good. Price is excellent because at 80€ a night, it's very competitive. We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was a great deal all in all. It's not the most charming location, but it is quite central and the hotel is next to a metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was totally fine. We had a quiet, restful one night stay as a couple with two small kids.
