Great location , very central and staff always willing to help ( when they are available). Breakfast is good and until 11 which can help. Rooms ( single with windows or not) are small and cosy and offer all you need . If price is good , depending on season then it’s good value !

The staff was very friendly, and I arrived early in the morning and was given free early check-in! However, the room smelled a bit. I don't know why the doggy smell was coming from the room, but... The bathroom was made of translucent glass, so I don't think I could share it with anyone. It was fine for solo use.

Great experience! I arrived in the morning straight from the flight with the intention of leaving my luggage for the day until my room was ready and possibly having some breakfast (breakfast time was just ending)...to my surprise I got my room right away and was also able to have breakfast free of charge. Thanks to the receptionist for the absolutely great service!!!

The hotel is in a very good location, and it's only a ten-minute walk to many attractions, including the Royal Palace, the Nobel Museum, the Opera House, and the Vasa Museum. There is no bottled mineral water, so people who are used to drinking bottled mineral water should be aware of this.

Reasonable hotel to stay. The room is small, just nice for 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing or working. The bed is small but comfortable. The service was impeccable. They even thoughtfully provided the weather forecast and best sightseeing route for the next day. Breakfast was a buffet feast, featuring not only French croissants and handmade sausages, but also fresh berries and organic vegetables delivered directly from local farms—the quality of the ingredients was evident to the naked eye.

The hotel is worth the money. However, there are two substantive comments that greatly spoil the impression. Firstly, no mini bar and minimal tea set. For 4 stars is simply unacceptable. Especially in winter, in cold weather. Second, cold in the room. The feelings, 17-18 degrees, not more. The battery was set at maximum. A very nice hotel very close to the train station. The hotel is in a very nice charming old building. It is a historical building transformed into a hotel over the years. So the hotel is not very conventional and there are some small and long passages. But all the walkways are carpeted and there are two small but antique elevators. I had a wonderful time here! A very well maintained and accessible hotel within walking distance from Odenplan station, with a supermarket just next door. Good hotel but have to walk about 10 mins (which is a lot) during wintry weather.

We understand what to expect from European hotels when traveling and generally aren't demanding. However, I was quite puzzled why our towels weren't changed during our two-day stay, as they were already completely wet after the first day's use.

We did have to ask for our bathroom to be washed again, there was mold in the area of the bathtub which can be removed if it is deeply cleaned. Booked it for my mom, she was overall very happy and praised the room, building atmosphere, location and breakfast options but had some issues with traffic noise some nights. Nice treatment from the staff. Good location on Drottninggatan. The room served its purpose, as did the toilet. Quite spartan and without the little extras. Good breakfast, but hard to find a free table on the weekend when we were there. Cold where breakfast is served - bring something warm so you don't freeze.
