Everything is good apart from their lift. Broke down since day 1 arrival, if you have many luggage bags, you will need to walk up the staircase. Luckily, I am staying on the 2nd floor, still not bad without a lift. Bkfst is great and free flow of coffee anytime at the basement restaurant.

Hotel in a prime location, right next door to a subway station, the room was big enough, extensive breakfast buffet with 24-hour coffee service, can definitely be recommended.

Right on the main strip so very convenient for walking or using transportation. Could hear some traffic at night because of the location but that may have just been because it was over the weekend.

Loved the architecture, and the fact that it was built in the first few years of 1900. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. Fabulous, small hotel in a quiet yet convenient part of the city. Currently undergoing renovations (Jam 26) this affects weekdays only at the moment and despite some peripheral preparatory work we were not disturbed at all. I so wished I stayed here the when I was in stockholm the week prior. Loved the hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The location was perfect, far enough away in this cute neighborhood but easy walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops, the arlanda express is a 15 minute walk.

Everything was pretty good. It's not far from the main commercial street, about a 10-15 minute walk. It's a bit of a distance from the central station. The room was decent, and the bathroom was quite large and spacious. Overall, it was pretty good.

Very good location, right in the center of Stockholm. Great view from the window. Towels and bed linen were changed daily. Everything was fine, but I have two complaints. 1) The elevator was out of order. We stayed on the second floor (1st), but I have trouble walking. 2) Breakfast was quite basic for non-meat eaters. There was no fish.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel at night, I had to carry my own suitcase up to the third floor because the elevator was broken and there was no air conditioning. When I opened the window, I said that the noise outside was even worse than that in Norway.

Breakfast menu was fine but all the dairy products (milk and yogurt) were lactose free. I am not lactose intolerant and the do not taste the same as the normal dairy products. Also coffee was not great.

Charming old location renovated well. Low ceilings

It was room 631 (3rd floor). I was on a business trip, and I had a lot of luggage and a heavy suitcase. The elevator only went to the second floor, so I had to climb the stairs to get to the third. It was incredibly inconvenient and the worst. I paid the same amount for a reservation, but I don't think it's fair to assign a room like this without prior consultation.

This is a very quaint and historic place to stay, and it does have atmosphere. However, the single room I stayed in had nowhere, apart from one hanging rail, to put any clothes. OK, for one night maybe but not for several. Maybe a bigger room would have had this facility? Not sure. No safe in room either, and very little space in the room. Great location being a comfortable and scenic 10 minute stroll to Gamla Stan and only a couple of minutes from the local T-bana. Cozy room. Only complaint was that bathroom was TINY - shower not enclosed and practically on top of the toilet. The hotel was lovely - clean, great breakfast buffet and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Perfect location for exploring the city - we walked nearly everywhere. Good location The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to most places or take the metro which is one block away. The single room was quite small, but the location is relatively good. It's directly down the road from City Hall, and only an 8-minute walk to the train station. Overall, it's quite convenient for getting around, especially suitable for solo travelers staying in a single room.

We stayed in the Casandra apartment across the street from the main hotel and absolutely loved it. Being there for a week, we so enjoyed having space to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet provides a nice mix of items. The staff at the desk and breakfast are friendly and helpful. The proximity to all Gamla Stan has to offer cannot be beat.

Stockholm It was a great location in old town just 1/2 block from royal palace. Very walkable, many restaurants couple od blocks from many ferrys. Ericka at the front desk was very professional & help with an alarm issue. Stockholm was a great city to visit. Will return in the future.

Lovely apartment in a great location Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location, in the heart of the old town. Very cosy with great views of the city and the nearby church tower. We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment at the Lady Hamilton Hotel. Is was an awesome layout right in the middle of Gamla Stan. Awesome place to stay, within walking distance of many things.

The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. It is close to the subway and can easily reach various scenic spots. The hotel has complete facilities, easy check-in, quiet and clean. It is the first choice for tourist accommodation. I will choose here again next time if I have the chance.
