Excellent meal for our last night in Flims. We weren't hotel guests so can't say about that. Meal was fabulous and service was superb, very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Starter of beetroot and burrata was interesting, all main courses very tasty. We'd come again.

The only real advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the ski lift. The breakfasts are very modest and operate on a “first come, first served” basis. At 9:25 - 3 slices ham left and no vegetables available at all, 20 mints waiting for scrambled eggs (with only 3 tables occupied). Unfortunately, the dinner service is also far from even a good standard. Despite being on half board, where no ordering is required - menu is known - we waited almost an hour for the soup and 1.20h for the main course, which were only served after we complained. The staff in Restaurant was unfriendly and rude, pretending not to notice guests waiting. No one asked all evening if we wanted refills of drinks or even water. We come to Flims Laax regularly and we stay at different places, but this time we unfortunately decided to shorten our stay and do not recommend this hotel. We are highly disappointment with the service.

We have stayed in this hotel before and it is always a pleasure, friendly staff, location is great, short walk to the ski lift and good food. There is a variety of rooms, cheaper basic and renovated more up to standard. Parking in front for a small fee.

Oh, they know how to cook. Just perfect! Loved the salmon and the Flammkuchen classic we ordered.

Decently priced, excellent location for visiting ski enthusiasts (near rental shops and 5 minute walk from the base of Flims), with friendly staff, great breakfast, and outstanding restaurant. Would absolutely return.

Lovely hotel at a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. In addition the hotel was very dog friendly.

Spent 4 nights with my son and decided to opt for the half board. Wise decision because the food was excellent, the service albeit a bit slow, always good and with a smile. The lady who runs the hotel was very gentle and gave us a nice room. We liked the organization, the position and the room. Only problem in the nearby church with his bell running in the night. We love flims and we'll be back for sure.

Perfectly located at the bottom of the main lift
The breakfast was beautiful, and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy with nice hot showers (what you need after a day on the mountain!)

Lovely hotel, service is great. Breakfast could use some improvement as only boiled eggs are available (only medium done)
I'd be happy to pay an extra for a marvellous breakfast. Room could use some guidance to enter the 21st century as it seems stuck in the 1980's
