Loved to come back to the Hapimag Flims resort. Great location and exceptional staff! In addition the facilities and child friendly offer make it so much easier to stay in when the weather is not great.

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

At the time of this year, it was crowded. I prefer to stay on December rather than January. The snow was satisfactory but not so much.

A very comfortable accommodation with everything you need without being posh or over the top. Very good service and ideally located near the shopping centre and the lift to the mountains. Postbus practically nearby.

What a lovely week for our family in a lovely place! The staff is really friendly and supportive. The apartment was very well equipped, the pool and sauna are great to use after skiing. We had a lovely quiet week with our children. It’s almost ski in ski out with the new pathway. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the Hapimag restaurant is also good.

Great appartment, clean and cosy, very close to the ski lifts and equipped with all you need for a wonderful winter holiday. Nice pool and wellness facilities, great staff and restaurant and nice other guests. A place to return year after year!

We went to Waldhaus on a company business trip. It is a great hotel that prides itself in it's history. There is a nice museum setup and displays of mined minerals throughout the underground corridors between buildings. A lovely and cozy hotel that provides everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly; the food was delicious, and the spa was pretty good. I would also recommend the yoga classes. The location of the hotel is also perfect; close to shops, cafes and restaurants but also very close to the forest for nice long/short walks in the nature.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been! The views from our room were incredible, and we loved the convience of having a Nespresso and kitchen in the room. The spa was an absolute highlight as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Really nice hotel in a very convenient position in Flims. Rooms are quite big, very clean and furnished with nice taste. Dogs are also welcome and everyone is really nice and friendly. Breakfast is also really good: nothing special, but everything fresh and local. The main restaurant is also ok for a quick dinner.

Excellent hotel with an amazing staff and great food. The sauna area was well prepared and maintained. It is less than 5 minutes away from the bus station and only one stop away from the slopes (bus included in the ski pass) We couldn’t be happier, totally recommend!

Sebastian was great and helpful. This was not the initial hotel we booked but since it was relatively close to Camausee, we took it. The rooms were big and spacious. Only mattress seemed sunken (not for my back hehe). The rest was top notch. All rooms had view to the mountain which was spectacular. I would recommend my family and friends this hotel.

Nice hotel near the town and cable car

Beautiful place one bus stop away from the lift in flims. The staff are extremely friendly and the general atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The sauna is a huge bonus after a long day of riding !! I will definitely be coming again when in the area ❤️

Stayed as part of a Shearings coach tour. Room large, clean and with alovely view. Very comfortable beds but no air con so , with outside temperatures in late 20's very, very hot. Excellent breakfasts but evening meals left a lot to be desired, especially with choice. If you are elderly, village is about 10 minute walk uphill. I stayed one night (14/10/25) in Flims for work reasons. The Hotel Des Alpes was a pleasant surprise. Excellent service, clean and spacious room (double for single use), good dinner and breakfast. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Stayed here back in 2023 and had to come back! The hotel is fantastic, exactly what you need, the staff is amazing the the Italian restaurant downstairs is absolutely wonderful, best in town!

Unfriendly staff. We made a reservation at the restaurant and were given two table options: due to a misunderstanding, we were seated at the wrong table. The man who had told us about the tables got really angry with us. Of course, we immediately changed table..but he was very rude! The breakfast buffet didn't have croissants, scrambled eggs or bacon! The room was okay. Cleanliness was generally good

The Hotel des Alpes offers a very warm and welcoming welcome and offers an exceptional standard for its category. The breakfast is enchanting, with cappuccino and fresh fruit salad, which really makes a difference in the morning. Excellent meal for our last night in Flims. We weren't hotel guests so can't say about that. Meal was fabulous and service was superb, very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Starter of beetroot and burrata was interesting, all main courses very tasty. We'd come again.

We have stayed in this hotel before and it is always a pleasure, friendly staff, location is great, short walk to the ski lift and good food. There is a variety of rooms, cheaper basic and renovated more up to standard. Parking in front for a small fee.

We came back at 02 in the morning after a birthday party and our intention was to relax and sleep long. At 7:25 AM the reception called us (?) to tell us that the breakfast lasted until 10.30 am (!). Then we had a bus leaving and packing with 40 asian tourists (very loud) in front of your window. The room and the beds were very good. The breakfast service was also excellent.

We had a great experience here. We had so much but paid very little. The food was really good and the personel very thoughful. We were positively surprised. We strongly recommend this hotel. My constructive feedback would be to tell the cleaning lady to not put a music box in the corridor while working. A hotel soon to ge demolished, apparently. Amazing location with a very 'no thrills' vibe to it. We enjoyed our stay in a clean room with great balcony views. A simple breakfast is served in the restaurant attached to the hotel and the walk to the lifts is about 2 minutes max.

Our room was on the fourth floor and was really an attic. I hit my head many times. There was no aircon and the room was too warm despite the open window. The bed was huge and comfortable. The location could not be better - it's right by the ski lifts, Intersport rental is downstairs, the bus stop is right across the road. The is also an American Steak & Burger restaurant in the same building that is open until late, so it's possible to get food nearby. The check-in is contactless, there are no keys, but keypads that require numerical codes - it's very convenient because...

Overall OK. I just wanted to sleep. The email with the key codes arrived on time and worked perfectly. The room was unfortunately very small but clean, the bed was almost even smaller. Room service worked invisibly and perfectly. Points are deducted for the size of the room and bed.

In the centre, excellent location close to all services. Opposite there is a baker (excellent croissants), bars, restaurants, bike rental and other restaurants. A few meters away are the shopping center and the bus stop. But the attic room is uncomfortable because it is low, although very large. No staff, automatic check-in.

We had a wonderfull time at our stay in hotel Vorab. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds are so comfortable en slept perfect. I came here a couple times. Once for a coffee, and once for some ice cream. The view from the terrace is outstanding. One of the most beautiful settings for a restaurant I've been to. The young girl doing her internship here was very nice to chat with me and my wife. I would love to come back here to stay in the hotel and try a meal if I ever had a chance.

The hotel has one of the most beautiful views across Flims! Very comfortable rooms and welcoming owners. It has also an arjuveda spa on site, where you can get lovely massages. I love my stay and I hope I will be back soon!

Very well located just around the corner to the ski lift. If you plan to use the lifts you wont get much closer. As well they offer free parking spots in a garage.
