I had a very good stay with my partner is this resort. The hotel and surroundings are truly beautiful. Rooms was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The service received was outstanding. Special thank you goes to the front office manager Gaetan who was always making sure that we are having a great time. Wonderful hideaway in the Swiss Alps. It turned into a real winter wonderland when there came snow! The spa is spacious and the outdoor pool is warm even when it’s -6 outside! Service is great! Thank you for the warm welcome Anna! I truly recommend this hotel.

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

At the time of this year, it was crowded. I prefer to stay on December rather than January. The snow was satisfactory but not so much.

A very comfortable accommodation with everything you need without being posh or over the top. Very good service and ideally located near the shopping centre and the lift to the mountains. Postbus practically nearby.

Great appartment, clean and cosy, very close to the ski lifts and equipped with all you need for a wonderful winter holiday. Nice pool and wellness facilities, great staff and restaurant and nice other guests. A place to return year after year!

A very pleasant weekend at Hapimag Flims. Great location and facilities. Spa, restaurant .... and very clean and well maintained, plus a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The treatment of the staff was wonderful, in particular I want to mention Sofia Carbone, professional, pleasant, empathetic, doing everything to make you enjoy the most. We will definitely come back.

I stayed in a Hide apartment with a friend recently. The apartments are clean, quiet and comfortable. The reception bar is great, there's a tasty restaurant, and the spa is delightful, with a sauna with mountain views. My only negative is that the apartments come with a very passive-aggresive information sheet with demands to make sure we've cleaned the apartment before the cleaners come in, and that...

It's literally ski in ski out... The ski slope ends a couple a steps from the entrance.

Very well maintained apartments with very nice sauna area im the hotel for an additional charge of 28CHF. Very comfy beds :) only the fondue caquelon is missing otherwhise perfect place

Clean, bright and quiet apartments. Unfortunately too focused on design and less on fuctionality:missing towel hooks in the bathroom, chairs very unpractical, no tea kettle and basics like salt&pepper. Some appartments are on the -1 and ground floor and have a view of a little factory at the back of the building;(. Next time we are back to the Rock Resort in Laax.

Pros: Located next to ski lift, modern, fully equipped Cons: 1 bathroom for 3.5 apartment may not be enough; ski-room located on minus one floor is not convenient to go in and out, too many doors in a building in general, no radiators to place the wet clothes on, sauna and Gym are in a main building and it's not very clear how to get there (fully clothed?)

We came back at 02 in the morning after a birthday party and our intention was to relax and sleep long. At 7:25 AM the reception called us (?) to tell us that the breakfast lasted until 10.30 am (!). Then we had a bus leaving and packing with 40 asian tourists (very loud) in front of your window. The room and the beds were very good. The breakfast service was also excellent.

We spent three nights at Hotel Adula and loved every minute. Flims is simply beautiful—high mountains, green forests, postcard views from the balcony. The rooms are warm, wooden, and cosy. Nothing fancy, just really comfortable. Victor at reception welcomed us like friends and even drew a small map of his favourite spots, so we knew exactly where to go. This is a very nice location, excellent clean and breakfast. The service team is amazing, everybody was very kind and Victor promptly resolved with class an issue during our stay.

Nice hotel near the town and cable car

Stayed as part of a Shearings coach tour. Room large, clean and with alovely view. Very comfortable beds but no air con so , with outside temperatures in late 20's very, very hot. Excellent breakfasts but evening meals left a lot to be desired, especially with choice. If you are elderly, village is about 10 minute walk uphill. Staff were very friendly but drink prices were very high, £15 for a cocktail...

Extremely friendly staff. We really felt like home. The family room was spacious with a great terrace. The breakfast buffet had wide range of choices with a really good coffee. We are defintely coming back! Thank you for this great service.

A lovely and cozy hotel that provides everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly; the food was delicious, and the spa was pretty good. I would also recommend the yoga classes. The location of the hotel is also perfect; close to shops, cafes and restaurants but also very close to the forest for nice long/short walks in the nature.

We had a great stay here recently. Central location, right next to the main lift and shops. Our room was a good size, clean and bright. Nice room with personal decor. Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was ok but not great (found items from previous guests in the room) and the shaving mirror fell off if you tried to adjust it. Location is perfect next to the ski lifts. Did not use the spa facilities so can not comment on those.

The Hotel des Alpes offers a very warm and welcoming welcome and offers an exceptional standard for its category. The breakfast is enchanting, with cappuccino and fresh fruit salad, which really makes a difference in the morning. Location is really great, very close to the hiking trail we went. They also did a free upgrade for our room as the period we stayed were not high season. Room view is super nice. Room also very spacious. Shower is hot and strong. Definitely delightful experience.

The owner-managed hotel is located in the quieter and less touristy Flims-Waldhaus district. It's right near the post bus station, providing excellent public transport connections. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and all have a balcony. The real highlight is the staff. Super friendly, competent, and simply fantastic. My constructive feedback would be to tell the cleaning lady to not put a music box in the corridor while working. The hotel has one of the most beautiful views across Flims! Very comfortable rooms and welcoming owners. It has also an arjuveda spa on site, where you can get lovely massages. I love my stay and I hope I will be back soon!

Very well located just around the corner to the ski lift. If you plan to use the lifts you wont get much closer. As well they offer free parking spots in a garage.

Great place in the heart of the Flims action! Next to the ticket booth and 1st lift. A little noisy. Probably the reason they provider earplugs in the room. Room is a little smelly. Like BO and feet. Although, if you go to the corner bar you can burn your olfactory sense with all the smoking and then you have nothing to worry about. They have a ski/board and boot storage accessible from the outside
