We had an unforgettable experience at Badrutt's Palace Hotel St. Moritz in Switzerland. The hotel combines classic elegance with breathtaking mountain and lake views, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The spa and wellness area were also incredible, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring St. Moritz.

Fantastic old world hotel exuding charm, elegance, and cordial service! We enjoyed every moment we were there - an amazing breakfast buffet with the various foods presented in the most appealing manner in a high ceiling hall with windows offering simply magnificent views while enjoying music played on a harp; a massive infinity jacuzzi pool on the outside to play around and a large indoor pool with glass windows that took full advantage of the surrounding mountainscape; the impressive public areas with numerous mementos and artifacts; the breathtaking terrace overlooking the frozen lake; the efficient concierge service to reserve our dinner at a Chase Veglia restaurant (Pizzeria Heuboden) and visit to Paradiso; the convenience of train station transfers; and location right on Main Street with all the top name shops. Our room was comfortable with views of the town. Memorable stay and plan to come back!

Although we didn’t stay overnight, we stopped by for drinks and high tea and it was, without a doubt, the best high tea experience in St. Moritz. The views are absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the lake and mountains, which makes the whole experience feel even more special. The service was impressively attentive and efficient, with genuinely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The tea itself was perfectly brewed, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. And the high tea tray… simply outstanding. A delicious selection of sweet and savory bites, elegantly arranged and full of delicate flavors. Truly a wonderful and refined experience highly recommended when visiting St. Moritz.

The location is amazing. The amenities are exceptional. The pool/ wellness area including the gym is fantastic. Super good breakfast. Above all, the service was the best. We did not find a single problem, even a minuscule one. The entire staff is extremely well trained, we have never experienced this kind of service before.

The location was perfect and the view from the rooms was exquisite. We went just as the lake had started to freeze and the concierge was particularly super helpful. The rooms were a bit small for the prices that were charged but overall, a very fine experience.

A flawless St. Moritz experience. Every corner of Badrutt’s Palace radiates quiet perfection — from the breathtaking breakfast buffet to world-class dining at Le Relais, Matsuhisa, Chesa Veglia, and Paradiso. Service was effortless yet precise, making our stay feel both personal and unforgettable. We left genuinely happy — and already dreaming of returning.

Spectacular. Expensive but at the end, we didn't feel like the cost was exorbitant for what we received and how we were treated. The hotel is beautiful, the room felt like home and not a hotel room. We loved the history and the interiors decorated to reflect that history. What was truly exception was the staff. Every single person made us feel welcome and truly cared about our stay. We asked several people how long they worked at the hotel and everyone was 5+ years, Some 10 and 20 years. In the hotel industry that is remarkable. They clearly take pride in where they work and are treated well. The person who picked us up at the train station was in full hotel uniform which really stood out but he clearly wore it with pride. Small touches throughout made it an amazing experience. Hot chocolate in the pick up ride from a day of skiing? Seriously? The fact that they picked us up was amazing but those little touches make this an exception place. We stayed for 3 days and left the hotel to ski once and for once for dinner. Otherwise all at the hotel. Why leave a place so special?
