I am very disappointed because of the behaviour of this hotel. Due to a very tragic loss in our inner circle I have to attend a funeral instead of staying for 2 nights in Hotel Walliserhof. I expected a (partly) refund under this particular tragic circumstances. Unfortunately this hotel has no heart, they didn’t even gave their condolences. Of course there are rules and regulations. But n my world things don’t go like that. In my world there is room for sympathy and room for exceptions. In their world obviously not.

A very cosy chalet style hotel! Rooms are efficient and clean.Just 200 meters from the thermal baths which are included in the room price as well as the Sauna and nearby cable cabins.

Very nice cosy, family run hotel with incredible mountains view. Professional friendly service, special mention for David Rothen and his team for their fine work. I strongly suggest to take half board arrangement it offers a 5 course dinner absolutely superb at reasonable price.
We have come from South America several times and can say the hotel maintains its constantly high quality standards in Hotel Alpenblick and Walliserhof they jointly manage -

Great traditional swiss hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and delicious local breakfast.

Nice n cosy place. Building is from wood which makes it very unique. Staff is friendly and it has parking spot with power charges for e cars.
Only problem is shortage of parking spots.
