All was perfect, room, service and breakfast. Room was spacious, view is perfect and spotlessly clean.
Leukerbad terms are 300 metres far away. The lady on reception was very friendly and gave us all needed help.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Alfa Hotel. The room is clean, spacious and quiet with beautiful mountain view. The bed is comfortable, and the steam room and sauna were well maintained and included in the stay, which was a lovely bonus. They also offered complimentary entry to Leukerbad Therme and a Gemmi Pass for each guest, making our vacation totally relaxing and enjoyable. The service has been impeccable. Dinner was delicious!

Pros: Our room is #15. It is spacious with a pretty nice view (though on the first floor). Breakfast has a wide range of cheese you can try. Free and unlimited access to Leukerbad Therme which is a bonus.
Cons: The balcony table is pretty dusty.

it was perfect! very nice family hotel rooms a very clean and nicely furnished. you feel at home! It is more than a 3 star hotel! we had an excellent dinner on our arriving date! price / qualty is very good! thanks to the owner family and staff for this perfect short holiday!

My wife's evening was ruined. They messed up her order and after the waitress became very rude. We tried to turn the page until she poured our waters and slammed the water bottle on the table splashing water all over the place. The coq au vin was chicken breast in a brown sauce instead of a whole chicken in wine sauce. We again tried to turn the page and ordered some dessert since my wife lost her appetite from dinner. They replied with a quick leave and one of the worst quality chocolate mousses I have ever seen. Dont go here. They offered no refund for this mess. They even told us we just wanted to get something for free. Unreal they should have there 3 stars dropped to 1.

2 min away from Torrent gondola, the hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is made of fresh bread and good products.

Access to the public bath is included in your stay (along with the Gemmi). It's a very good deal and definitely worth the stay.

Very good food and breakfast, spacious rooms with stunning views and calm.
The staff was very kind and the location in the village is great. It's also super convenient to have the Leukerbad thermal baths entry for the length of the stay. I really enjoyed my time and found it relaxing.

If you are thinking of attempting the Leukerbad via ferrata then this is a good hotel to start from. It offers free covered parking, comfortable rooms with a bath and shower and a balcony.

Access to the spa and access to the telecabine to take you to the start of the Via Ferrata is included.

When the via ferrata is completed you can drop by the Spa and recover and look at the cliff you have just climbed.
