I have stayed in this hotel for 10 days whilst out here for the ice hockey. The rooms are not big but very clean and well appointed ….shower was great plenty of hot water and hairdryer provided. The rooms were serviced well in my opinion and the hotel is trying to do its bit for the environment by encouraging guests not to change towels and linen every day. Beds are very comfortable and great pillows!
The staff were lovely friendly and helpful particularly the manager Anna who was very welcoming. Breakfasts were great … loads of choices of both continental and cooked food available and special diets were catered for.
The location wasn’t great in terms of proximity to Swiss life arena but buses and trains stops very close by.
It was a great stay at a reasonable price for Switzerland . Thank you !

I arrived looking for a hotel room and they didn't have a hotel room available, but the front desk worker named Heidi welcomed me, gave me a charger to charge my phone and even gave me her phone. Perfect service, I am very sorry that I could not stay there in the hotel with this wonderful staff

Very good option for a short stay near Baden and Zurich. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. Rooms are compact but functional, with everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay.
The staff is friendly and efficient, check-in was smooth and professional.
Location is convenient, especially if traveling by car, with easy access to the highway and nearby public transport.
Breakfast is simple but good quality, offering enough variety to start the day properly.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay with good value for money. Would return again.

A perfectly pleasant hotel with friendly staff around the clock and ample parking available at extra cost. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is available at extra cost. The location is unfortunate but the rooms are surprisingly quiet considering where it is.
The only negative I really have is an item of clothing went missing from our laundry. We paid over 70 CHF for about ten items to be cleaned so the very least I’d expect for that extortion is for all of my items to return to me. Very disappointed with that. Otherwise, a perfectly fine hotel.

This was a solid hotel choice for a night on our 2-week vacation. We stayed during one of the hotest nights of the year and it was a bit warm on the top floor and they didn't have any fan options to help cool it down. Other than that it was a convenient stopping point for us and the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
