Saint Georges Hotel in Zurich

Very nice and clean hotel.
The obvious problem was that shower and toilet were in the hallway, but I knew that. You probably know that. And you can pay extra for private bathroom.
The toilet was very nice and clean. But it was one toilet for it what it seemed like 5 rooms. I didn't shower (in a separate shower room in the hallway), sorry fellow travellers.
Hotel is within walking distance of train station, Coop Supermarket, bars, restaurants and Wiedikon train station. I highly recommend you come to this station (not Zürich Hbf) from the airport by train. Much closer to hotel.
I didn't try their breakfast, I was supposed to get something from Coop, but they were closed. Most places were closed on Sunday.
I mostly recommend this hotel for cleanliness and price. Perfect for budget solo travellers.

We had a lovely stay at Saint Georges in Zurich! At first, we didn't realize that we had to share a restroom until we arrived. However, it was always available and always clean which was very nice. The staff were all super polite and kind and very helpful. Susana and her breakfast were AMAZING and that was our favorite part of our stay. They treated us like family and we really appreciated that. We would stay here again if ever back in Zurich.

Amazing place! The Sir and the Laydies in the reception were so kind and friendly. They help me a lot since the first moment. The hotel it's about 15 min walking from the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was 18 CHF and they give free Glühwein too. The building is full remodeled and with all the facilities. My room was very cozy, with shared bathroom in the same floor.

Such an awesome hotel! Stayed at this hotel for 2 Nights and best choice we opt for our Zurich trip. Mac, the Front Office Manager is very accommodating and welcomed us warmly. Located only few minutes from Zurich metropolis and with grocery stores walking distance as well as tram station. Will definitely recommend this place accessible, quite and clean! I stayed in a single room with shared washroom. The room is cozy, clean and very quiet, which is perfect after a busy day of travel. I find the shared washroom always available and kept clean and organized at all times, which is really nice. The location is conveniently located near main transport station and tourist attractions, but doesn’t feel noisy at all. The reception staff were nice and helpful from day 1. Highly recommend

Quiet and centrally located. I stayed here for a total of 3 weeks while looking for an apartment in Zurich which is a long term and uncertain process. Besides the great value, I made some friends with the staff who are very cordial and hospitable. My single bed room with attached bath was cozy. But the staff kept it super clean. After I found an apartment and before starting the lease, I wanted to travel. The hotel was willing to store my extra luggage and I found it just as I left it on my return. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget, or just looking for a friendly atmosphere rather than a cold and formal one in bigger hotels.

The optional, all you can eat breakfast is good value for filling up with mostly cold items for the day. Lots of interesting people pass by that restaurant.

I spent 2 nights here and it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and decent-sized. The bathrooms were shared but were always very clean and I was very impressed by that. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The location is great as it's less than 10 mins of walk away from a train station and some tram stops. It is also close to many amenities, city centre and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The elevator is tiny (only fit 1 person & 1 large and small suitcases) and takes a while to come but works fine!

Hotel St-George is a cute and cozy hotel in a quiet residential square with restaurants full of locals. Sitting on the balcony looking at people going about their day provided a different view of Zurich.

The staff were friendly, the shared bathrooms were always clean and available.

This was extremely good value for money and I would stay again next time I am in Zurich.

This is the perfect hotel. Perfect location short walking distance to city center, all for an incredible price. Extremely clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Has everything you could possibly need and is really well located next to restaurants and a 4 minute walk to a grocery store. It does not have AC but they provide you a fan that is perfect and you can open the windows and there is a small balcony. I couldn’t be happier or more comfortable staying here!
