I can’t say enough much I appreciated the room and above and beyond service from the nice lady working the front desk. We stayed there at the beginning and end of the UTMR Stage Race. Additionally, we loved the town which was laid back except the town’s Saturday night celebration which showed their unique character!

Went with several friends for a weekend during January to ski to Zermat and we had a great time, price value was among the best in the region. Would advice to book transportation to Zermat with an agency as it can become cheaper than w/ public transport. Hotel was very nice and went the extra mile for us.

very noisy. although hotel env is super good.

I think it is like a lottery.

Very poor experience for me is there are about 3-4 people, they have very very very loud conversation on the balcony from 18:00 p.m. till now!!

It is so terrible! Totally can’t sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But there is no hotel service available at night I can reach out.

I strongly suggest here for hotel owner to making a rule for guests to know：Pls keep soft at least after 10 p.m. !!

I am come here is for vacation and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful villages but not here to hear loud noise the whole night!!!!!!

Edit: It was better after we confronted the noisy guests and it was good the next day as well.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here before departing on the Europaweg. The bed was super comfortable, the view from the room was gorgeous, the decor authentic, and the owner (Elisabeth) took incredible care of us! Such wonderful hospitality. 10/10 recommend.

Big rooms, comfortable beds and nice attendance. But awful tepistry everywhere and too expensive for what it is worth.
