Well, overall it's not bad, clean. Good location. The breakfast was strange, don't count on it being breakfast, it's a very light snack. You can leave your bags until the evening. Overall, I recommend it.

What I liked was how convenient it was being close to the station, the complimentary breakfast, and the staff being willing to heat up anything I needed in the microwave. The only minor downsides were that the door lock was a bit tricky for a Japanese person to use (it would be frustrating if you were in a hurry) and the fact that the room and the toilet/shower were in separate areas, meaning I had to unlock and relock the door every time I needed to go between them. However, it was still a good deal for staying in Bern, and considering I didn't have to lug around a heavy suitcase, it was totally worth it.

The hygiene was so-so. The front desk service was excellent. The room had an incredibly small number of outlets, which was surprising, and the room itself was tiny. I wouldn't recommend it. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the fruit wasn't fresh.

Clean and convenient location (close to train station)
Breakfast is good selection and fresh orange juice.
Classic charm with an old still operating elevator.
Quite noisy at night from trams and buses running if you are a light sleeper.
Not an issue for myself.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.

Great location, right outside the train station. However, the room was too small, with no chair or table, and the bathroom was outside the room, which was very inconvenient. Breakfast was just average.

Got some bit marks and saw bed bugs on my bed and pillows the Hotel promised to clean the room immediately, but I still found few of Bed bugs on my bed on the following day/night. I hope the Hotel will manage to really clean the room seriously, so the other will not have the bad experience like me. Stay at this hotel many times, but this ia firat time I got this problem. I had lots of marks bit, red rash and getting worst with bigger area as seems I was allergic from these beg bugs bit marks.
