The hotel is very beautiful. It is the most satisfactory hotel in this European trip. It should be an old hotel with a long history. The staff is warm and thoughtful. When we arrived at the hotel, we put our luggage at the front desk a little early. When we went back to check in, the luggage had been put in the room. It was very considerate. The room was very clean. The hotel business was very good and many people ate in the restaurant every day. The location of the hotel is quite good. Although it is a distance from the city center, it is not a problem because the hotel will provide free transportation cards according to the number of days of stay. There is a No. 6 bus at the door to the city center, which is very convenient. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning. It will be hot in summer. It is very cool to open the windows at night, but it is noisy. So if you close the windows to sleep in summer, it will be a bit stuffy. Although the hotel thoughtfully put a fan, it is said that air conditioning is not allowed in Swiss hotels. It is probably because we live in a rooftop room, which is a bit hot. In short, everything is good and we are very satisfied~

Suitable for self-driving people. Pay attention to the parking lot entrance. There are few intersections. I know that most places in Europe do not have air conditioning. In summer, you should pay attention to the high room temperature. It will be too hot at night. I took a cold shower several times before I could sleep. There is a coop supermarket nearby. But you still need to drive back to the city for dinner

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bern! The location is very convenient—just 10 minutes from the city center by tram, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable (though the bathroom could be a bit larger).

While we had initially requested a double room, we were provided with twin rooms instead. However, this was a minor inconvenience, and the excellent service more than made up for it. The hotel provides free tram tickets, which makes exploring the city so easy. A special thanks to Laura, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had a memorable New Year's Eve by arranging for us to dine at the hotel when most restaurants in the city were fully booked.

Breakfast is a bit expensive. Transportation is quite convenient.

It was a pity that there was no air conditioning and only a long fan, but
the Swiss weather was cool, so it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably with the window slightly open!
I asked them to clean the room every time I left, and they did so nicely!
The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy, so I would stay there again!
The tram from Bern Station is a bit far, but there is a coop right next door, and I bought food from the coop every evening. ㅎㅎ

Nice and pleasant stay, room is clean. Was a bit uncomfortable transportation, but it’s just because all Bern is reconstructing.
