Boutique Hotel By Continental Park in Lucerne

I’ll give even a 6 stars to Elisa who gave us a very good orientation of the hotel. Very memorable welcome by Elisa at the reception. Till now I remember her name so clearly because I’m very impressed at her service. Well done! Will recommend! It’s very close to the train station as well!

Very nice hotel located close to the central train station. Loved the hotel! The room was a little dark and the black light switches on the black walls were difficult to find at first, but the hotel was clean and the staff was terrific!

First time staying at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean hotel with modern touch. We got the connecting rooms - very nice. They have an electric kettle in the room with some tea bags, some sugar packs and a bag of peanuts. They also provide complimentary water bottle, sparkling water and coke zero in the fridge. In the bathroom, they have mounted in the wall shampoo and body gel. The hotel is located very conveniently near the train terminal and some major supermarket and some restaurants. Very much recommending people to stay at this hotel, you won't regret it.

Stayed here the first 5 nights of our Switzerland vacation. The bar has been set very high! This is a great hotel! It is very close to the train station, but the rooms are quiet. The bed is very comfortable, the room has a hair dryer, facecloths, and shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We also had a fridge and Nespresso machine. The breakfast is delicious with tremendous choice and starts at 7 am. The staff are friendly and helpful. We also could walk everywhere very easily. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The stay was really nice, except that the shower temperature varied so widely that we were actually afraid of being scalded.

Stayed just one night and it was perfect for what we needed. It was about a 2 minute walk to the train station so the location was incredibly convenient. Staff was friendly and the room itself was incredibly clean, modern, and very spacious. We were able to leave our bags for several hours after check out to explore Lucerne.

I’ve stayed here twice already, and both times were really great. The hotel is modern and sleek and nothing is really old (EXPECT THE HAIR BLOWDRYER!!! need to update them). The best part of this hotel is the location: near train station, near are central tourist attractions, near the river and sea cruises. It’s great. Reception is super friendly and helpful. One thing to note- mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and pillow is a bit weak but it didn’t interfere with hotel experience (aka wasn’t that bad, just not great). The “shampoo/body/hand” wash combination they provide you in the bathroom was also super rough on my hair. Wish they provided conditioner. But besides that it was a great experience and every time I come to Luzern I don’t see myself staying somewhere else!
