The hotel room and services were decent, but what really stood out was its location. As someone who relies on public transport, it was incredibly convenient. The hotel entrance is only about 100 meters from Platform 3 at the train station. When I traveled from Lucerne to Basel, I caught a train from Platform 3, and it was a breeze getting my 28-inch suitcase on board. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lucerne.

Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is so near to train station. Room is clean. We are very happy with our stay🙏🙏🙏

Great hotel! It's a minute walk from the train station and less than 8 minutes from the city center. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast as the cost was quite high. They do include complimentary drinks in the mini-bar.

The hotel located face the park but turn right after the street where see McDonald then will see a “Bar” restaurant . Not far from subway and consider convenient

This hotel of Luzern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.

I would give a 10 star even if possible. Elisa is really good explaining everything we needed to know. Conveniently located! By far the best compared to the previous 2 we stayed.
