Very delicious, small selection, great service, expensive but not more than in Switzerland in General.

Excellent, quiet, cosy hotel. The only thing that did not like - not varied Breakfast ( scrambled eggs, muesli, bread and perhaps all)

Only had lunch here, they had several affordable and tasty set menus. A nice stop before visiting the old town.

Small but extremely cosy 4* hotel in the heart of Zug. The hotel is in a small area, which periodically hosts various city events. Next to the promenade of lake Zug. Rooms are compact but very cozy. At Breakfast, among other things, serves Easter (colored) boiled eggs. You can take a free bike.

We booked this hotel on short notice, as all nearby hotels were fully booked. This hotel has complete facilities and free parking, which is rare in Zurich, Switzerland. We are really satisfied.

Quick check in but tried to upsell a better room. Room was clean and there was daily housekeeping. You can also grab a coffee in the lobby in the morning which is a nice touch.

I booked on their website. Booking process was easy. I got an upgrade to a bigger room and beautiful view for free. The hotel had vacancy even from Saturday to Sunday (the one night I stayed). The hotel is located around 2km from the transportation museum. It has parking (7 CHF per 24h). Room was generous and clean, bathroom was small and a not old, but functional and clean. Delicious brunch!!!! Especially enjoyed the eggs benedict and the amazing breads. Was very nice to have prosecco included in the buffet! Must try is the carrot and ginger shot! The staff was very friendly first thing in the morning too, it made the whole experience even better! Would love to come back soon :)

The location is very good, but it is not very convenient to drive with luggage. The hotel does not have a parking lot. You need to go to the front desk to check in and get a parking voucher. A good hotel in its category. The rooms are big as per the European standards and the hotel is not very far from the center. The bus stop is hardly 150 m from the hotel but do keep in mind that there is a very steep climb when walking towards the hotel. The hotel is family owned and they happen to be very nice people.

Whenever we come to stay in a hotel in Zurich the Engimatt is a our first choice. Location for us is terrific. Next to Sihl city and 5 minutes by tram to Bahnhofstrasse. Stayed in Ibis styles for 2 days. The hotel receptionists and staff were so approachable and very accommodating. They guided us on how to go about the city with the different transportation available and the must see attractions in Luzern. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Very clean room and toilet. I will recommend it to my friends who will visit Switzerland.

This is a nice hotel and conveniently located. Downtown Luzern is such a small area that I don't think anything was more than a 15 minute walk from the room. A bus pass is included if it is raining. There is also an umbrella provided in the room. It sounds like it rains a lot there.

The hotel has a great view, the restaurant is good, the room is clean and new, and it is close to the Lucerne train station. Just a short walk across the bridge and you will arrive.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.

Management has changed making my experience exceptionally better. My server was very attentive to my food allergies and did everything he could to ensure that my food was safe to eat. The food was good. They have fantastic Pisco Sours and they made me the cutest coffee design!

Great stay-in La reserve Zurich Hotel. Room was nice. unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the terrace ( rooftop restaurant) upstairs as it was closed. The Italian restaurant downstairs was good, exceptional breakfast. All the staff was very friendly and nice to us especially Davis the waiter. Hopefully on our next visit we will enjoy the roof too. Service is the week spot, but ok they just started so give them a little bit more time. Both restaurants are highly to recommend and the location is absolutely fabulous. Renovation made the place up to date. Nice decoration and materials used. Rooms are a bit small for the type of place, especially the suites - for my taste. But would recommend when in Zurich and surely belongs to the 3-4 top hotels...

Very good hotel with a nice bar. There is very attentive staff present and round-thw-clock room service. Location is convenient for Zurich if you are on a business trip. Mind that the mineral water served may not be precisely tempered to your wishes, so you might have to demand they redo it. Mostly though they will oblige to do so. Reception is also very nice and check-in is fast.

Everything about the stay was nice. i think some rooms (at least mine) could do with a plumbing upgrade, on/off hot/cold there was little middle ground with faucets/shower. The breakfast and coffee were good too
