According to hotel all rooms have airconditioning. But at least in our room it was a rattling small mobile unit. Not a built in. It was noisy and ineffective. I this is highly misleading. The rooms themselves where more of a motel standard with odd assortment of highly uncomfortable furniture. The rooms do not have European standard sockets but only old swiss sockets. Staff is happy to sell you the adaptors. Room services closes at 9.30 PM so do not arrive late. Price quality was completely out of whack.

Booked a junior suite to find it unprepared. Telephone wasn’t working, there was no welcome amenity. When calling reception (once they fixed the phone and « went to buy batteries ») no one picked up several times. Wildly overpriced for what it offers. Ended up leaving before my second night as I had another option for something better.

I stayed here whilst in Zug on business. Check in was quick and easy, with service being friendly and polite. I was in the main building for the first time in quite a while. The room was better and more up to date than the residence block where I’ve stayed. The room was pretty good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, with a decent selection that would suit most people. Check out was easy and quick. I cannot fault the room out the staff, and would happily stay here again. The hotel is not cheap, but to be fair most hotels in Zug are relatively expensive.

Amazing space with a great ambiance, friendly service, and delicious food! Communication was effortless, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everything felt smooth and well-organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come again!

Stayed at this hotel recently, we had a room in a separate building. Room itself was clean, nice bathroom with open view, plenty of space and a balcony. Yet no AC, just a fan to cool inside - so it was pretty hot!

The hotel is really modern and clean big lobby and the van and drop off your luggage in front of the door. Great breakfast !! There are many foods reserve hot dishes and cold dishes. You can also walk to enjoy lake view for sun set.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but it is under renovation this time and I don't recommend it at the moment.

Nice venue and location, unfortunately the manager Stefan Gareis decided to angrily yell at our kids who were in the lobby during an event we held there. How he is the GM of this hotel with his temper is beyond me.
When confronted about why he yelled at our kids and whether he has kids of his own, his response was "yes, but I actually educate mine properly."
Edit: Stefan's character should be evident to everyone based on his response below. "Unteachable guests" displays even further racist undertones.
