Decent 3star hotel, that is more for the skiers (for youngsters is ideal, since has a bar in the ground floor). Large simple rooms, not something special, but acceptable on the other hand. Good value for money

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. All in all good value for money. Expensive parking (CHF 18/night).

We stayed here in February for five nights and I can honestly say we hardly got any sleep during our whole stay. Firstly, we had to change rooms as the first one we were given stank of stale cigarette smoke, the next room appeared fine…..well until the bar downstairs is open….it’s like living above a disco! We complained on two occasions to be told the hotel doesn’t own the bar and basically there’s nothing they could do (or be bothered to do). The breakfast is also disappointing, same day in day out with no variation and after five days becomes tedious.

Don't stay here. There is a bar on the Ground floor that pumps music out till the early hours of the morning. You report this to the hotel management and they simply don't care. Seriously we stayed here for 5 nights and did not get a single decent night of sleep, the noise from the bar is the stuff of nightmares. The bar smokers compound is on the front of the hotel too and people gather here to talk, sing, and shout till the early hours. Spend a little more and stay in a place that cares about its paying guests.

1. We arrived at 23:00 and the key card didn’t work and we had to call maintenance but all he did was getting us in the room without the possibility to go out after because the key cards did not work. So we had to wait till morning to go to reception to fix it.
2. If you don’t mind the noise/music coming from the bar downstairs it’s ok
3. We could not leave when we checked out because they didn’t had the key from the car that was parked behind our car.
Ladies in the reception were friendly but the service was questionable.

Very nice Hotel and one of the best hot stone meat you can get!

Room was good, nice and new. Didn't have much of a view and no balcony. It's close to the ski lift. What I didn't like was that I had to go to the building next door for breakfast. But the staff at breakfast was really nice. New rooms and kind staff earn them 4 stars, but I'm leaning more to 3.
