I stayed in the hotel couple of days during the World Communications Forum. Besides the location os excellent, the service, the food, the breakfast and the clean atmosphere made me to decide to come again back to Congress Hotel. Strongly recommended:)

Pleasant surprise and good service at this hotel. Pleasant hassle-free check in at reception, friendly staff. Surprised to open door to my room and find spacious room with fresh platter of fruit and welcome card addressed to me, nice personal touch. Clean room with nice views from balcony over the town and valley towards the south east. Bathroom roomy but very odd shower door configuration that was not good in keeping water going on to floor. Only issue with the room. Great to have washing line in bath/shower to dry handwashing. In room wifi great, no issues. Breakfast included in booking was substantial including hot food, good value. Had one evening meal that was very good but expensive as per Swiss cost of living. Supplied free entrance to indoor swimming pool that was most appreciated on rainy day. Free public transport supplied for the duration of stay but this is usual for all Davos accommodation during off-peak season (i.e. not ski season) as far as I can tell - used it for buses and for ski lifts to check out the slopes, was really worthwhile. Highly recommended place to stay, very convenient for using the congress centre next door not surprisingly.

During our trip in Switzerland, we stayed one night at Kongress Hotel in Davos, a small lovely town in Swiss Alpen area and a popular place for Alpen skiiers. The hotel is not so big but the room is spacious, clean and fully-furnished with a nice touch of painting. The check-in and check-out are easy and quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. We can enjoy a view of Swiss Alps from our room while resting on a comfy bed. Breakfast is generous and delicious with varieties of food to choose from. Unfortunately, we can stay for only 1 night and have to move on. Otherwise, i think I can spend a week there just to rest in this very nice hotel.

Very good hotel in Davos. Excellent location and very helfull staff. Umi have comingo several years to this hotel, I higly recommend it. Breakfast is also very good. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that is also very good. I like the curry they make at the restaurant

We stayed here because my husband was part of a group of attending a conference next door. Every staff member was efficient, courteous, and helpful. Their restaurant offered top quality breakfast buffet including fresh-squeezed orange juice. Dinners were excellent and prices were comparable with restaurants in town. Our room was quiet, modern decor and very clean. Beds were a bit hard, but that's the European style. I used the free pass for circulating bus daily and found the town charming and friendly. Our visit was during mid-May when many shops and little museums were closed between their tourist seasons.

Good hotel with excellent service and a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms might need a little brush-up - but that's pretty common in Switzerland. The location is excellent - very close to the congress center!

Great location for the cross country ski centre. Easy to reach from the train station! Super nice and smooth check in. Very nice the ski room.

Excellent hotel and great staff. Lovely food and superb location. Thanks for great hospitality. If you are visiting kongress centrum this is best hotel to stay 2 min walking distance !
