From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed! The hotel’s chalet-style lobby invites you to relax by the fireplace, sink into the sofa, and enjoy some apple strudel with vanilla sauce. With warm and genuine service, spacious rooms (we fell in love with the built-in wardrobe), a relaxing spa area, and a restaurant that offers a very good selection of wines and local dishes, our weekend turned out to be just what we needed: a perfect, stress-free break.

This place is an absolute assault on the senses, in the very best way. It almost feels like stepping onto a film set, where every detail has been carefully curated to create something truly special. We visited in June and it was genuinely breathtaking. The surroundings, the atmosphere, the overall experience, it all comes together in a way that’s hard to describe. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. I can only imagine how incredible it must be in winter, when the whole setting would take on an entirely different, equally magical character. The food, service, and rooms were all impeccable. Everything felt polished, thoughtful, and delivered to a very high standard. The only downside? Our visit was far too fleeting. It’s the sort of place you want to linger in a little longer.

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel . Run by a super friendly and highly efficient team . Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and if they can do anything to make your stay more comfortable they will . Excellent food both at breakfast and during the evening and super knowledgeable bar staff . We’ve been coming here for over ten years and ever since Seven took over - wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Klosters. Will definitely be back .

So sad but this once fabulous hotel really is a pathetic version now. We used to come here as a family for 20 years. I was told about the change of ownership but I thought how different can it be….Completely!!
No charm, just basic rooms with terrible bedding (either synthetic or old dead feathers that feel like a rock under your head!) dreadful breakfast and then the service that tops it off. The bar/restaurant staff speak no German and barely any English…
Oh and the guy who sings 80s hits at top volume and tells people where they can and cannot sit for 5 hrs every evening goes without saying…
I wish I had listened to the warnings!

Restaurant is poor value. Children‘s pasta with bolagnese was 19 francs. A very small portion. Pasta with truffle was 35 francs. Again a very small portion. The tiramisu at 15 francs should be outlawed. It’s some weird dry base, a scoop of ice cream and some very light cream on top. This wouldn’t lift anyone up and is totally depressing. My daughter asked for ice cream instead of cream with her ‚brownie‘. She was charged for two desserts. The pumpkin soup was nice, as was the strudel. Will go back for drinks on the terrace. Not for food.

Excellent location - close to all, clean and excellent attentive service! Very accommodating and restaurant is solidly great (risotto w mushrooms and the elephant ear veal w cloudberry sauce was excellent)!

Easily the best location in Klosters, right in front of the Gotschnabahn cable car. Lovely spa, nice modern rooms and incredibly friendly service. Classic and cozy. The ideal choice in Klosters

What a fantastic hotel. We were given a free upgrade to the room, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is fantastic. A very cosy feel and just what we wanted from a weekend away skiing. Highly recommend.

When we arrived we had booked two rooms for our family but one was in a different building to the other. The staff were incredibly empathetic and moved mountains to keep us all together with a very generous upgrade to a suite right next to the suite we had already booked. Wonderful singing in the lobby and delicious food in the restaurant, our weekend got off to a great start. Thank you
