The worst treatment ever! SHAME of customer service! I’m Spanish and we came to the summer festival with two Swiss friends, as we didn’t know the rules of the hotel, we booked for two people, when we arrived, she told us about pay extra which was totally fine for us!
One of my friends and I had a little argument outside in the patio, about the booking, I’m Spanish so I speak sometimes a little loud. When I entered she denied to check me in, and she told my friends I was in drugs and I wasn’t allow to stay. RUDE ASSUMPTION AND TOTALLY FALSE!
The hotel doesn’t has air condition, don’t spend your time booking there.

Small nice pension with very friendly and attentive hostess. Short distance to the center of Ascona. Breakfast buffet rich and good. Highly recommended for a short trip.
