We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in October. Our room was clean and offered a wonderful view of the mountains. There was a Jacuzzi in the garden, which was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, and a small but cozy sauna. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were incredibly kind and professional.

This hotel hide clear information on the booking systems that some rooms they offering are located in the annex (if you book through known service providers) that is 5 min walk in completely different building and is far worse quality. Additionally access to sauna and hot tub and coming for breakfast it's very inconvenient if you located in the annex. They do not offer dressing rooms for sauna an hot tub usage if you located in annex. Additionally recepion personel in the hotel is very rude and unpleasant (specially while raising a complain) and is not able to accommodate customer wishes. Moreover their reservation system is not aligned with service providers rervration systems (on booking.com and other providers one additional room was available while in their reservation system it was not available) so it might be tricky that you book and not get accomodation

Nice hotel room, located a little further back in the village, but you can easily and quickly get everywhere on foot, by bus or hotel shuttle.

The hotel is a bit old, but the cleanliness is acceptable, and the staff are friendly! The breakfast is also good! However, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but they close very early!
