Nice hotel in the middle of Crans Montana. Everything perfekt. The breakfast was small but enough. The service and the support from the team was great. Nice place to get quick to the skiing area. The infrastructure for skis and cars is great.

Great location within about a 10 minute walk to the gondola. Included breakfast was good. A little noisy as our room was right on the street which is busy at night.

A small location from the outside but in truth is a lot bigger once you head inside. The decorum is nothing out if the ordinary however, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Very hospitable and friendly staff, eager to help out even if you don't speak the language, at times simple hand gestures are enough to get by.
The hotel is situated bang centre in Montana, easily accessible by both bus and funicular (a short 10 minute walk from Montana-gare). Crans is another 15 minute walk from the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.
