A very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Central for our ski weekend. The hotel was very conveniently located across from one of the Crans Montana base areas. The room was cosy, the front desk people were very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was pretty substantial. Also the hotel was very close to the stop for free shuttle buses so you could get around very easily. The crepe restaurant right across the street was very good too!

The location is excellent.
Rooms and breakfast are just average.
The spa is tiny, and it's not a selling point.

It was an amazing experience, very clean and friendly. The bar is great, and the reception was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.

I'm only giving this rating for the spa at the Hotel Central because I live in Crans-Montana (if you're ever looking for good massage recommendations, feel free to ask me in the comments...). The masseuse acts like she's a doctor and is rude to the clients. There are better options in Crans-Montana; I won't be going back.

A small location from the outside but in truth is a lot bigger once you head inside. The decorum is nothing out if the ordinary however, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Very hospitable and friendly staff, eager to help out even if you don't speak the language, at times simple hand gestures are enough to get by.
The hotel is situated bang centre in Montana, easily accessible by both bus and funicular (a short 10 minute walk from Montana-gare). Crans is another 15 minute walk from the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.
