Clean, newly renovated room in a family-run hotel with friendly atmosphere. I had a good night's sleep and was satisfied with my choice. I was happy with the free parking as well. The owner brews his own beer and a bottle was left in the room as a gift, with a bottle opener key chain as well. I found this very attentive.

Very well equipped room (standing desk for remote work), with nice wooden finish. Backyard relaxing space and central location are also big advantage. Staff was very helpful and service flexible. Nice selection of local beers in the bar. The only think worth improving is a bit more vegetables for breakfast.

Central location, very friendly staff, clean hotel, comfy beds, free parking. As usual in Switzerland, very hot rooms. Get a room on the quiet backside.

Great beer menu and they had 2 of their own brews. Food is rustic, traditional swiss but nicely done.

Visited this restaurant for dinner last night on the return from a hike as it is close to accommodation.We were given a table and served almost immediately. Three of us ordered schnitzel and the other ordered a pizza.
The food arrived hot and tasted as it should. The prices are a bit on the expensive side. (Schnitzel 29CHF) (Pizzq 21CHF)
Cleanliness and hygiene standards were good. The waitress cleaned up our table and wiped it down with disinfectant and then set the table with disposable mats.
The service was very quick and the waitress was happy to help.
At the moment the construction site across the river doesn’t offer much of a view but the restaurant is set in a nice area. Both indoor and outdoor seating are wheelchair accessible.
