Excellent location, just 50 metres from the Kapellbrucke (Chapel Bridge) and about 8 minutes walk from the train station, bus interchange and lake ferries. The room was a bit small even for a solo traveller and would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine. Had to use the electrical socket in the bathroom to charge the phone as sockets in the room were not accessible. The continental breakfast was fine. Overall I felt it was a bit overpriced for the facilities provided although it is in an excellent location for visiting Lucerne.

Hotel was great and the receptions were very helping with information about the city and booking restaurants.
The only problem was that during this time Lucerne was very hot and the room only has a ceiling fan which didn’t keep us cool, so sleeping was a bit of a problem.
However, we would stay again.

The location can be said to be close to Luzern train station, but if you drag travel🧳, it may be a bit inconvenient, because you have to go up and down a little steps, stone roads and slopes along the way. The least ideal is more noisy, the restaurant downstairs was certainly noisy when it opened, there were people gathered to talk at 12 o'clock at night, I was already living on the 4th floor and still clearly heard people talking.
There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, making it convenient to find food. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The hotel has a lift and a tow 🧳.

The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

The hotel chosen by the group on a business trip. Clean and safe, but no parking. There's no way around it. Hotels in Lucerne are too expensive. It's good enough to find one at a reasonable price.

The room is not big. ancient building. Being in the old town is very impressive. In particular, you can see the scenery of the Water Tower Covered Bridge in the morning and evening. It's only a 3-minute walk from the pier and train station.

Absolutely divine. Someone in our group was here 15 years ago and insisted we return, and it was every bit as good as they said! Pizza is incredible
