I had a really lovely stay at Fassbind Hotel Palmier Lausanne.
The location is perfect — right next to the train station and just steps from the M2 metro, which makes everything so easy.
My room was clean, spacious, and had a very nice, cozy vibe. I immediately felt comfortable.
The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

The location is exactly in the centre of the city which made it very convenient to access the metro and the railway. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is beautiful.

Convenient and well designed hotel within close walking distance to the main station. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Recommend staying here when in Lausanne.

Overall the facilities is really comprehensive and nice. Place and location is also very comfortable, near to the station.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station, but it's uphill, which can be a bit challenging with luggage. It's also very close to the M1 subway line, and just one stop away from the M2. There's a supermarket right inside the train station, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is easily spotted right from Lausanne train station and looks quite charming. However, it's situated on a slope, so dragging our luggage uphill was a bit tiring. Despite this, its location makes getting around very convenient.

My second stay here was still a great experience. The room was simply furnished yet offered ample space, enough to comfortably open two large suitcases, and was clean throughout. The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to both the metro and train station, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. Should I return to Lausanne, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decently located, just a short walk (a few hundred meters) from Lausanne Station. It boasts a pleasant environment with a central courtyard garden. Although the rooms aren't spacious, they are quite clean. Overall, it was an acceptable stay.
