Good location near a Metro station north of the train station. Area full of dining options, small shops and cafes.
Great service.
I was surprised there was not a small chocolate in the room, having this thematic moto. Bit I discovered a chocolate fountain at reception today, that’s a good touch.

Centrally located hotel in the city center. Conveniently situated between two subway stations.

Very friendly staff at the front desk.

The rooms are very well-equipped for a two-star hotel. Everything a business traveler needs is available: a desk, a large safe, a kettle, etc.

We enjoyed our stay here during our two nights in Lausanne. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet at night. We enjoyed having AC in the room, as we’re used to AC in the US. Nice location in walking distance to town, but also just a short walk from the metro station – perfect getting to and from the train with our luggage. The chocolate themed rooms were fun and we especially liked the chocolate fountain in the lobby! This was a great, comfortable hotel at a moderate price.

This hotel was wonderful. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean rooms. Perfect location to walk to all of the tourist sights and the lake. They give a Free transit pass which was a lovely and useful surprise. And...they have a chocolate fountain in the lobby!!! Such a treat! I will recommend this location for sure!

It's a shame about the separate mattresses when you're a couple; you have to sleep on your own side because it creates a gap. Especially for couples who like to cuddle close, as they say 😅 but otherwise, it was perfect.

A very good and clean hotel! Pretty big room too. The only downside was that the ventilation system made noise during the night.

We booked a "Business Quadruple Room" specifically to keep our family together and paid a premium (~€300/night). When we arrived at 8:00 PM with two 6-year-old children, they claimed our room was full and forced us into separate standard rooms.
The worst part? These separate rooms were selling for €110 that same day. They essentially charged us €300 for a downgrade worth a fraction of the price and pocketed the difference. We were offered a "take it or leave it" ultimatum. We felt scammed and trapped. Avoid this place if you want to get what you paid for.

I loved my stay here with my brother, lots of nice places to visit near by. Definitely would visit for the chocolate vibes. Of course they sell chocolate that is one of the best I had, you absolutely need a choco bar or 2 while staying over.
