The service was mediocre. On the second day of my stay, they didn't provide shower gel or shampoo when cleaning the room; on the third day, there were no tissues in front of the vanity mirror; and the teacup wasn't washed when I left.

The hotel have a really good location and service. The room was nice and clean. But air conditioner worked really bad (it was too noisy so I had to switch it off during the night). Also it would be better if it was a chair in the room, but a stool, so I could sit and relax leaning back.

We stayed at this hotel for visiting EPFL only one night. Location was quite far from metro station due to the roads being blocked. We took longer time to walk with three luggage. Room was clean but small but it was okay for short stay. Receptionist was friendly.

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.

First we had to wait 2 hours for our room, then we got a room with a broken bed, then a new room with a good bed and woke up with work starting at 7:00 am...

This hotel gave its guests a newly renovated room that had a very strong smell. The problem was finally solved after an unremitting struggle. Fortunately, Ctrip argued for us. The WiFi was very poor and it was almost impossible to browse the web. Other basic things like the environment are still first-class, after all, it is in Switzerland.

This hotel is similar to a sanatorium, with breakfast served in the hospital cafeteria. The room was large and parking was convenient, costing 20 Swiss francs a day.

room was directly under the roof. I am a tall person. 15% of the rooms in the hotel were occupied. Why give a small room directly under the roof to a tall person then? in 70% of surface of the room I could not stand. Also, the cabinets are short. My coat could not even hang in the cabinet (too low for the coat)

The best hotel in Lausanne, full of history, several restaurants are excellent, and the lake view room has an unbeatable view. I especially recommend the hotel breakfast, which is healthy and delicious. They prepare a variety of delicacies for guests with special care, and it is open until 11 o'clock, so you can slowly enjoy breakfast and beautiful scenery.

The hotel can be said to be a classic of luxury hotels in the world. It is very famous. The hotel is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Geneva. The environment is extremely beautiful and the hotel feels like a palace. Every restaurant in the hotel is very popular. It is difficult to book a table in the evening, but the breakfast does not feel cost-effective enough.

The room's fabric decoration and bedding decoration are consistent and very warm! The breakfast room is very good, but the food is old-fashioned and has hardly been updated for a long time. The garden landscape is very good and the swimming pool is very good

Like many Ibis, this one is also on the outskirts (and obviously we knew it), in a dark industrial area, but quite quiet and close to the A1/E23 junction (if desired, the Léman Center Crissier is not far away either, which however closes at 7pm :30). Room nice, clean and neat. However, the desk is actually too small for woking. 1 bottle of mineral water provided, however no coffee or tee in the room. Breakfast not included, dinner (CHF 39.-) not very convincing. Location next to Metro, room rather quiet despite the traffic outside.

It is cozy but small space . No butler or concierge to help you for the luggage. No room service, if you want extra towel or water you have to go down the lobby to get it yourself. Iron is not available in the room. If you want to iron you have to go the playground there , they have many irons and table to use it. No safety there especially in the kids area. Not suitable place to have iron there!!...

I recently stayed at the Aquatis Hotel in Lausanne for nearly two months for study purposes. The building itself is fairly standard for a four-star hotel, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding reception and restaurant staff. Clean stylish hotel. Easy access. Next to metro station. And with rates better than way uglier and sketchy hotels at the city center. It's worth the detour. You can get rooms with lake view (extra $$). Unfortunately, the lake is not close and there's a highway in the view. But the rooms are quiet with the windows closed

Excellent sound insulation towards the outside but the walls between rooms are inadequately sound proofed, hence a deduction in ratings. Very far away and only transport to/from the train station is a bus.

Beware, the hotel photos clearly shows there is a gym, but this is not the case. The 4th floor gym was replaced by a new breakfast zone.

The front desk was able to adjust the room to the right type, with a balcony and free underground parking, which was very reassuring.

We always stay here with our staff when we have events at the Swiss Tech Convention Center. The Hotel is close, simple, clean and has all necessary amenities for short stay. The staff at the reception is helpful and competent. Check-in process and receiving all information up front is very helpful.

Dear Sir All was very good. For us older persons it was / is very difficult that we are forced to phone, QR, online banking I don't have and I dont' want..... I see the persons only handy...., during driving, crossing the road, in the lectures, in discussions, .... For me it would have been much easier bank transfer BEFORE arriving for our congress at Swiss Convention Center. So I had to ask a collegue...
