Rivage Hotel Restaurant Lutry in Lausanne

the hotel is in a great location right in town…great staff…clean rooms…good beds…the only draw backs are no parking at the hotel…(there is parking near by just a few minutes walking distance)…but can drop off luggage…not wheelchair accessible…have to carry luggage up a few stairs to get into the hotel…would not recommend coming during the set up and event they have every year for the harvest…usually late september…the roads in town are usually blocked by tents etc…unless you are looking to party and have fun until 2 or 3 am :)…

This hotel has a beautiful view on Lake Geneva. I stayed in an apartment room with a spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and cozy. I especially loved the breakfast here. Superb fresh bread from the bakery, Bircher-Muesli and high quality ham and cheese. A real gem.

This hotel was so charming and perfect for our stay. We had a very comfortable room, and a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, just across the walkway. The staff was very helpful and cheerful and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda every night. I would recommend Hotel Rivage to anyone staying in the area.

Quaint place in a busy lakefront town
Quaint place in a busy lakefront town. Nice large apartment with large windows and partial lake view. Nice restaurant overlooking the marina. Advertises free parking, but there are only 5 spaces, so good luck with that. You'll probably end up at public paid parking 2 - 3 blocks from the hotel.

Hôtel Rivage provided us an excellent location for visiting friends and family in the area. Our stay on the whole was first class. The reception staff were wonderful as was the room with fantastic the lovely view. However, it was just a shame that we were rushed to finish our drinks on our last evening in the bar.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was not very big. I was looking for a boutique hotel and not so expensive. If worked for me. Booked just for one night, and unfortunately, I didn't try the restaurant.

We live in Lutry and every time we have guests visit us, we make reservations for them to stay at the Hôtel Rivage. Without exception everyone loves it! Situated right on the shore of Lake Geneva, the rooms are terrific, the views are amazing, the staff is warm and welcoming. With great kindness, Bence Nagy, Nour Horchani and others at reception make certain that every need is met from those of single visitors to the greater demands of large families. As locals, we often eat at the hotel’s restaurant and particularly on special occasions. Last year we had Christmas eve dinner and this year we had Christmas brunch there. Its manager Azz was generously attentive as usual, and our server Alvaro was helpful with his uniquely joyful sense of humor. Under the thoughtful guidance of the hotel’s Director General Jacques-Durant and the restaurant’s head chef Alexandre Krizan, you’re sure to have a great experience.
