It'was not a hotel room! It was just a room! Nothing else. No dryer No AC No fridge, even No cofee maker or kettle.

The hotel is not excellent, good. The receptionist does not understand French or English well. I asked for a baby bed, which they did not have during the reservation. They told me that there is a baby bed. The breakfast is very bad. You have to wait. All you have is croissants, cheese, old bread and coffee. I do not recommend it

Room is sized well for the price. Beds are good and the shower warm. Starting to look a little rough around the edges but once you have the plentyfull breakfast all will be ok again. The hotel is a short walk from the station and sign posted.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff, they are very attentive and service oriented, the receptionist isn’t 5, but 10 stars, she was always checking every detail. Thank you!
This is a 2 stars hotel so things like air con, phone in the room or 24hrs reception isn’t available but the cleanliness, room condition, and service made us feel like in an exclusive resort.
Breakfast was good, small variety of bread, cheese, cold cuts, coffee, tea, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. (Check pics)
Hotel is conveniently located close to the Renens train station. A big migros and other stores are a short walk distance. We recommend Nico’s pizza just around the corner for easy available yummy pizza.
We live in Zurich so I can see us coming back for a short break in te future as our experience was very good.
